Abstract

Asuhan Keperawatan Menyusui Tidak Efektif Dengan Pemberian Intervensi Akupresur Point For Lactation Pada Ibu Nifas Di Ruang Kemuning RSUD Tabanan Desak Made Liana Maharani Dewi Program Studi Profesi Ners Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar Email : desakliana211200@gmail.com ABSTRAK Masa nifas merupakan masa pemulihan yang dimulai setelah plasenta lahir hingga mencangkup 6 minggu berikutnya. Pada periode nifas ibu akan mengalami perubahan baik dari segi fisik maupun psikologis. Salah satu perubahan fisik yang terjadi adalah payudara menjadi besar dan padat yang dapat menyebabkan ibu tidak mampu menyusui secara efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan menyusui tidak efektif dengan pemberian terapi akupresur pada ibu nifas di ruang Kemuning RSUD Tabanan. Teknik pengambilan sampel data yang digunakan dengan wawancara dan pemeriksaan fisik. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak dua pasien kelolaan, yang diberikan asuhan keperawatan pada tanggal 17-21 September 2023. Hasil pengkajian didapatkan data ibu ASI nya tida mau keluar, mengeluh payudara terasa tegang, tampak bayi tidak mampu melekat pada payudara ibu. Diagnosis keperawatan yang ditegakkan yaitu menyusui tidak efektif berhubungan dengan ketidakadekuatan refleks oksitosin. Rencana keperawatan yang dirumuskan adalah edukasi menyusui dengan manajemen nyeri dengan intervensi inovasi terapi akupresur dengan luaran status menyusui meningkat. Implementadi keperawatan dilakukan selama 2x24 jam, yang dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana keperawatan yang telag disusun dengan pedoman SDKI, SLKI, SIKI. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kedua pasien menyatakan ASI nya sudah mampu keluar. In the puerperium period, the mother will experience changes both in terms of physical and psychological. One of the physical changes that occur is that the breasts become large and swollen which can cause the mother to be unable to breastfeed effectively. The purpose of this study is to find out the picture of ineffective breastfeeding nursing care by administering acupressure terapi to postpartum mothers in the Kemuning room of Tabanan Hospital. Data sampling techniques used with interviews and physical examinations. The number of samples used in this study was two managed patients, who were given nursing care on September 17-21, 2023. The results of the study obtained data on the mother's breast milk did not want to come out, complained of tense breasts, it looked like the baby was unable to attach to the mother's breast. The established nursing diagnosis of breastfeeding is not effectively associated with swollen breasts. The nursing plan formulated is breastfeeding education with pain management with acupressure therapy innovation interventions with improved breastfeeding status outcomes. Nursing implementation is carried out for 2x24 hours, which is carried out in accordance with the nursing plan that has been prepared with the guidelines of SDKI, SLKI, SIKI.
