Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA ANAK DENGAN BRONCHOPNEUMONIA DENGAN TERAPI UAP AIR PANAS DENGAN MINYAK KAYU PUTIH DI RUANG JEMPIRING RSUD BANGLI ABSTRAK Bronkopneumonia adalah suatu kondisi peradangan akut pada jaringan paru- paru yang melibatkan bronki dan kantong udara kecil di dalam paru-paru, menyebabkan produksi sputum berlebih dan sulit dikeluarkan menimbulkan masalah keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Intervensi inovasi terapi inhalasi uap air panas dengan minyak kayu putih dapat menjadi upaya untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui bagaimana asuhan keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada anak yang mengalami bronkopneumonia. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan penelitian studi kasus yang dilakukan dari tanggal 29 Agustus sampai tanggal 01 September 2023. Hasil intervensi selama 3 x 24 jam dengan pemberian manajemen jalan napas, pemberian obat inhalasi serta terapi inhalasi uap air panas dengan minyak kayu putih didapatkan bersihan jalan napas meningkat, yaitu pola napas membaik, sputum berhasil dikeluarkan dan produksi mulai menurun, tidak ada retraksi dinding dada, suara napas ronkhi menurun, pernapasan 24 x/menit, dan SaO2 99 %. Disimpulkan adanya pengaruh pemberian intervensi inovasi terapi inhalasi uap air panas dengan minyak kayu putih terhadap bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien kelolaan, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil evaluasi yang menunjukkan adanya perubahan yang signifikan pada pernapasan pasien. Diharapkan pemberian terapi steam inhalation dengan minyak kayu putih digunakan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk membantu mengatasi masalah keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif. Kata Kunci : bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif, bronkopneumonia, anak, inhalasi uap air panas dengan minyak kayu putih   NURSING CARE OF INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE ON CHILDREN WITH BRONCHOPNEUMONIA USING HOT WATER STEAM THERAPY WITH EUCALYPTUS OIL IN THE JEMPIRING ROOM AT BANGLI HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Bronchopneumonia is an acute inflammatory condition of the lung tissue involving the bronchi and small air sacs in the lungs, causing excessive sputum production that is difficult to expel, causing problems with ineffective airway clearance. The innovative intervention of hot steam inhalation therapy and eucalyptus oil can be an effort to overcome ineffective airway clearance. The aim is to find out how airway clearance nursing care is ineffective in children who experience bronchopneumonia. This research used a descriptive research model with a case study research design conducted from 29 August to 01 September 2023. The results of a 3 x 24 hour intervention by providing airway management, administering inhaled medication and inhalation therapy of hot water vapor and eucalyptus oil were obtained. airway clearance increases, namely the breathing pattern improves, sputum is successfully expelled and production begins to decrease, there is no chest wall retraction, the rhonchi breath sounds decrease, breathing is 24 x/minute, and SaO2 is 99%. It was concluded that the effect of providing the innovative intervention of hot steam inhalation therapy and eucalyptus oil on airway clearance was not effective in managed patients, this can be seen from the evaluation results which showed significant changes in the patient's breathing. It is hoped that steam inhalation therapy with eucalyptus oil will be used as an effort to help overcome the problem of ineffective airway clearance.
