Abstract

ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) was the problem in Indonesia. The care that given from pregnancy labor and postpartum were one of the ways to decrease MMR and IMR becausein that processess can be pathologic. Midwife is one of the health workers who become a partner for the woman during her lifetime. It underlies the autor to complied this report by used a case report method aimedat knowing the results of the implementation of midwifery care to Mrs. “SS” 35 years old multigravida rangging from 36 weeks 1 day of pregnancy until 42th days postpartum, at Gunung Agung Street Bumi Ayu A Small Street Number 4, West Denpasar, in the working area of Puskesmas I West Denpasar. During pregnancy Mrs. “SS” takes place physiological. During the postpartum period Mrs. “SS” and her baby under normal circumstances. Based on the care of midwifery who has given, can be concluded that the application of the care of Mrs. “SS” from the pregnancy, labor, childbirth and until 42th days postpartum was physiologic. The suggest of writer to mrs “SS” is expected to apply midwifery care that has been given and mrs “SS” can provide information to pregnant women and other childbirth. Keyword : midwifery care, pregnancy, childbirth, baby ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) masih merupakan masalah di Indonesia. Asuhan diberikan dari kehamilan, persalinan, dan nifas merupakan salah satu cara untuk menurunkan AKI dan AKB karena dalam proses ini kemungkinan mengalami patologi. Bidan adalah salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang menjadi mitra bagi wanita selama siklus kehidupannya. Hal tersebut yang mendasari penulis menyusun sebuah laporan tugas akhir dengan metode laporan kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada Ibu “SS” umur 35 tahun multigravida dari umur kehamilan 36 minggu 1 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas di Jalan Gunung Agung Gang Bumi Ayu A Nomor 4, Denpasar Barat, di wilayah kerja Puskesmas I Denpasar Barat. Selama masa kehamilan Ibu “SS” berlangsung secara fisiologis, proses persalinan ibu berjalan secara fisiologis dan bayi dalam keadaan sehat. Selama masa nifas ibu dan bayi dalam keadaan normal. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan kebidanan yang telah diberikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan asuhan pada Ibu “SS” dari kehamilan, persalinan, bayi baru lahir sampai 42 hari masa nifas yang fisiologis. Saran yang dapat penulis sampaikan untuk Ibu “SS” diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan asuhan kebidanan yang sudah diberikan serta ibu dapat memberi informasi kepada ibu hamil maupun nifas yang lainnya. Kata kunci : asuhan kebidanan, kehamilan, nifas, bayi.
