Abstract
THE EFFECT OF EDUCATION THROUGH WHATSAPP GROUP ON THE LEVEL OF KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE IMPACT OF EARLY MARRIAGE OF SEKA TERUNA BANJAR ADAT GELUMPANG GIANYAR IN 2023 ABSTRACT Early marriage is a formal or informal marriage performed under the age of 18. Early marriage affects the physical and psychological aspects of adolescence for both young women and men. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education through WhatsApp groups on the level of knowledge about the impact of early marriage teruna Banjar Gelumpang in 2023. The type of research used was a pre-experimental design, with a one group pretest post-test design. The sampling technique used in this study was non-random (non-probability) sampling using a quota sampling technique with a sample of 30 members of seka teruna according to the inclusion criteria. Statistical testing using the Wilcoxon test. The results analysis of the level of knowledge about the impact of early marriage before being given education through the highest whatsapp group were in the sufficient category with 20 respondents (66.7%). The level of knowledge about the impact of early marriage after being given education through the WhatsApp group was mostly in the good category with 24 respondents (80%), post-test scores that were greater than pre-test values obtained by 30 respondents (100%). There is a significant effect of providing education through WhatsApp groups on the level of knowledge about the impact of early marriage among teruna Banjar Gelumpang in 2023 with p-value 0.000 (p <0.05). Keywords : early marriage, education, knowledge PENGARUH EDUKASI MELALUI WHATSAPP GROUP TERHADAP TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN TENTANG DAMPAK PERNIKAHAN DINI SEKA TERUNA BANJAR ADAT GELUMPANG GIANYAR TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Pernikahan dini adalah suatu pernikahan formal atau informal yang dilakukan di bawah usia 18 tahun. Pernikahan dini mempengaruhi aspek fisik dan psikologis masa remaja baik bagi remaja putri maupun pria. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi melalui whatsapp group terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang dampak pernikahan dini Seka Teruna Banjar Adat Gelumpang Gianyar Tahun2023. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pra experiment design, dengan rancangan one group pretest post-test. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu non random (non probability) sampling dengan teknik quota sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 30 anggota seka teruna sesuai kriteria inklusi. Pengujian statistik menggunakan uji wilcoxon. Hasil analisis tingkat pengetahuan dampak pernikahan dini sebelum diberikan edukasi melalui whatsapp group tertinggi berada pada kategori cukup sebanyak 20 responden (66,7%). Tingkat pengetahuan dampak pernikahan dini sesudah diberikan edukasi melalui whatsapp group paling banyak berada pada kategori baik sebanyak 24 responden (80%), nilai post test yang lebih besar dari nilai pre test diperoleh sebanyak 30 responden (100%). Ada pengaruh signifikan atau bermakna dari pemberian edukasi melalui whatsapp group terhadap tingkat pengetahuan tentang dampak pernikahan dini Seka Teruna Banjar Adat Gelumpang Gianyar Tahun2023 dengan p-value 0,000 (p<0,05).
