Abstract

ABSTRACT Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is one of the main problems facing the world. Midwives are the spearhead and one of the health workers with the closest connection to the community, especially women throughout their life cycle. The role can be realized by providing comprehensive care to every pregnant woman and applying the Midwifery Care Standard in every action . The method used in preparing this final report is case study conducted in the working area of North Kuta Primary Health Center. This final report aims to know the result of applying midwifery care in mothers 'W' 33 years old and their children multigravid given appropriate midwifery care in a comprehensive and sustainable standards of gestation from 36 weeks 6 days until post-partum period. The results of the application of upbringing in the third trimester of pregnancy running physiologically, the process of labor is running physiologically during the post-partum period running physiologically and the baby is born immediately crying, good muscle tone with birth weight 2900 grams, at the age of 42 days the baby's weight reaches 4000 grams. The authors suggest midwives to continue providing standardized midwifery care to pregnant women, labor, childbirth and infants. Keywords: Pregnancy, labor, post partum, baby, midwifery care ABSTRAK Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB) merupakan salah satu masalah utama yang sedang dihadapi dunia. Bidan merupakan ujung tombak dan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki hubungan paling dekat dengan masyarakat khususnya perempuan sepanjang siklus hidupnya. Peran tersebut dapat diwujudkan dengan memberikan asuhan yang komprehensif kepada setiap ibu hamil serta menerapkan Standar Asuhan Kebidanan dalam setiap tindakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan laporan tugas akhir ini yaitu studi kasus yang dilakukan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Kuta Utara. Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu ‘W’ umur 33 tahun multigravida beserta anaknya yang diberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar secara komprehensif dan berkesinambungan dari umur kehamilan 36 minggu 6 hari sampai masa nifas. Hasil penerapan asuhan pada kehamilan trimester III berjalan fisiologis, proses persalinan berjalan fisiologis masa nifas berjalan fisiologis dan bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot baik dengan berat badan lahir 2900 gram, pada umur 42 hari berat badan bayi mencapai 4000 gram. Penulis menyarankan bidan untuk tetap memberikan asuhan kebidanan sesuai standar pada ibu hamil, persalinan, nifas dan bayi. Kata kunci: Kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi, asuhan kebidanan.
