Abstract

THE SATISFACTION LEVEL OF BINTARA STUDENTS ON FOOD MANAGEMENT INDEPO PENDIDIKAN DAN LATIHAN PERTEMPURAN RINDAM IX/UDAYANA TNI-AD BULELENG, BALI ABSTRACT Satisfaction is a person's feelings about hope and experience so that it can be one aspect that can determine the quality of a food management. Aspects assessed in this study include food flavors, food providers and food serving devices. The type of research conducted is the type of observational research with cross sectional design. The population of this research is all students offollowing the education who are studying in Depo Pendidikan dan Latihan Pertempuran Rindam IX/Udayana TNI-AD Buleleng, Bali and sample in this research 65 bintara student samples taken by simple random sampling method. Of the 65 bintara students samples who have been studied, most are satisfied with the provision of food at the Depo Pendidikan dan Latihan Pertempuran Rindam IX/Udayana TNI-AD Buleleng, Bali but there is one aspect that is not satisfied by the sample that officers ask students why food which is presented is not spent so that the management of food scores average satisfaction rate of 94.87% and has exceeded the standard of 90%. Based on the analysis of awareness that has been done there are two aspects that become the main priority in the provision of food in the Depo Pendidikan dan Latihan Pertempuran Rindam IX/Udayana TNI-AD Buleleng, Bali is a taste of food and officers ask students why the food served is not spent.
