Abstract
Kehamilan merupakan keadaan fisiologi tetapi 20% terjadi kehamilan patologis. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan Antenatal Terpadu sejak awal kehamilan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui gambaran penerapan 10 T berdasarkan kelengkapan pada buku KIA. Jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Pelaksanaan penelitian ini pada bulan Maret-April 2022 dengan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 39 orang. Analisis data secara univariat dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan dari 39 responden terdapat 25 responden memiliki buku KIA dengan 10 T yang lengkap, dan 14 responden tidak lengkap pada komponen tablet Fe 5 orang (12,8%), skrining imunisasi TT 6 orang (15,4%), laboratorium 3 orang (7,7%). Gambaran penerapan 10 T berdasarkan kelengkapan Buku KIA di Puskesmas Tejakula 1 Kabupaten Buleleng masih ditemukan komponen yang tidak lengkap. Petugas kesehatan diharapkan agar lebih memperhatikan pendokumentasian buku KIA diisi sesuai dengan pedoman dan menerapkan standar pelayanan kehamilan 10 T. Kata kunci : Kehamilan, Penerapan 10 T, Buku KIA Pregnancy is a physiological state but 20% of pregnancies are pathological. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out Integrated Antenatal Examination from the beginning of pregnancy. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of 10 T based on the completeness of the KIA Book.This type of research is descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. The implementation of this research in March-April 2022 with a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method with a sample of 39 people. Univariate data analysis in the form of a frequency distribution. The results of this study indicate that from 39 respondents there are 25 respondents who have a complete KIA Book with the application of 10 T, and 14 respondents who are incomplete on the Fe tablet component 5 people (12.8%), TT immunization screening 6 people (15.4%) , laboratory 3 people (7.7%). The conclusion on the description of the application of 10 T based on the completeness of the KIA Book at the Tejakula 1 Health Center, Buleleng Regency, still found incomplete components. Health workers are expected to pay more attention to the documentation of the KIA Book, which is filled in according to the guidelines and to apply pregnancy service standards with 10 T.
