Abstract

The Benefits Of Counseling About Menarche To The Knowledge Of Female Students In Elementary School Negeri 2 Tanjung Benoa 2018 ABSTRACT Menstruating important events in the life of women, menstruation becomes a sign of a woman is ready to perform reproductive functions. Young women need information about menstruation. The purpose of this research is to know the benefit of counseling about menarche to the knowledge of female students at SDN 2 Tanjung Benoa 2018. The research type is pre-experimental one-group pretest-postest design using one group of subjects, measurement done before and after treatment. The difference between the two results is considered as a treatment effect. The number of respondents of this study are 56 people. This study used primary data questionnaire. Test results using Kolmogorov-Smirnov test large sample> 50, obtained p <0.05 so that knowledge data respondents are not normally distributed. The median value of respondents before giving counseling about menarche is 65, median value of respondents after given counseling is 95. The result of analysis value Z -2.065, p value 0.039 stated that there are significant differences and useful extension to the knowledge of students about menarche giving counseling increase student knowledge. As an effort to improve students' knowledge about menarche, it is hoped that the school will carry out the activity in the form of counseling about menarche. Key words: Counseling, Menarche, Knowledge, Female Students MANFAAT PENYULUHAN TENTANG MENARCHE TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN SISWI DI SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 2 TANJUNG BENOA TAHUN 2018 ABSTRAK Menstruasi kejadian penting dalam kehidupan perempuan, menstruasi menjadi tanda seorang perempuan telah siap menjalankan fungsi bereproduksi. Remaja putri membutuhkan informasi tentang menstruasi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manfaat penyuluhan tentang menarche terhadap pengetahuan siswi di SDN 2 Tanjung Benoa tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian adalah pre-eksperimental rancangan one-group pretest-postest menggunakan satu kelompok subjek, pengukuran dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Perbedaan kedua hasil dianggap sebagai efek perlakuan. Jumlah responden penelitian ini 56 orang. Penelitian ini data primer menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil Uji menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov besar sampel > 50, diperoleh p < 0,05 sehingga data pengetahuan responden tidak berdistribusi normal. Nilai median responden sebelum diberikan penyuluhan tentang menarche adalah 65, nilai median responden setelah diberikan penyuluhan adalah 95. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai Z -2.065 , p value 0,039 dinyatakan bahwa ada perbedaan bermakna dan penyuluhan bermanfaat terhadap pengetahuan siswi tentang menarche pemberian penyuluhan meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan siswi tentang menarche maka diharapkan pihak sekolah melaksanakan kegiatan berupa penyuluhan tentang menarche.
