Abstract

ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN BERSIHAN JALAN NAPAS TIDAK EFEKTIF PADA PASIEN PNEUMONIA DENGAN PEMBERIAN MINUMAN JAHE MERAH MADU DI RUANG LEGONG RSD MANGUSADA ABSTRAK Tujuan umum dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisis pemberian minuman jahe merah dan madu pada pasien pneumonia dengan masalah keperawatan bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif di Ruang Legong RSD Mangusada. Hasil penelitian menemukan data pengkajian pada pasien yaitu data mayor sebanyak 100% dan data minor sebanyak 62,5%. Diagnosis keperawatan yang dirumuskan adalah bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif berhubungan dengan sekret yang tertahan sesuai dengan SDKI. Rencana keperawatan mengacu pada pedoman SLKI dengan bersihan jalan napas meningkat dan SIKI dengan intervensi utama manajemen jalan napas, latihan batuk efektif, pemantauan respirasi serta intervensi inovasi pemberian minuman jahe merah dan madu diberikan tiap dua kali sehari yaitu pagi hari setelah makan dan malam hari sebelum tidur, dari 32 intervensi yang akan diterapkan pada pasien kelolaan, semua intervensi akan dilakukan. Implementasi keperawatan dilakukan sesuai dengan rencana keperawatan yang sudah direncanakan selama 3x24 jam. Evaluasi keperawatan menunjukkan tujuan tercapai dibuktikan dengan pasien mengatakan sesak napas dan sesak saat posisi tidur berkurang, mudah mengeluarkan dahak, pasien tampak mampu batuk efektif, produksi sputum, dan wheezing menurun, pola napas dan frekuensi napas membaik yaitu 22x/menit. Pemberian minuman jahe merah dan madu dapat menjadi intervensi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi bersihan jalan napas tidak efektif pada pasien Pneumonia. Kata Kunci : Pneumonia, Bersihan Jalan Napas Tidak Efektif, Pemberian Minuman Jahe Merah Madu NURSING CARE FOR PATIENT PNEUMONIA WITH INEFFECTIVE AIRWAY CLEARANCE ON GIVING RED GINGER HONEY DRINK AT THE LEGONG ROOM OF MANGUSADA HOSPITAL ABSTRACT The general purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of giving red ginger and honey drinks to pneumonia patients with nursing problems in ineffective airway clearance in the Legong Room of RSD Mangusada. The results of the study found that the patient's assessment data were 100% major data and 62.5% minor data. The nursing diagnosis formulated was ineffective airway clearance related to retained secretions according to the SDKI. The nursing plan refers to the SLKI guidelines with increased airway clearance and SIKI with the main interventions of airway management, effective coughing exercises, respiratory monitoring and innovation interventions by giving red ginger and honey drinks twice a day, in the morning after eating and at night before going to bed. , of the 32 interventions that will be applied to managed patients, all interventions will be carried out. Nursing implementation is carried out according to the planned nursing plan for 3x24 hours. The nursing evaluation showed that the goals were achieved, as evidenced by the patient saying shortness of breath and shortness of breath when the sleeping position was reduced, easily expelled phlegm, the patient appeared to be able to cough effectively, sputum production and wheezing decreased, breathing patterns and breathing frequency improved, namely 22x/minute. Giving red ginger and honey drinks can be an intervention used to overcome ineffective airway clearance in Pneumonia patients.
