Abstract

ABSTRACT Non-hemorrhagic stroke is caused by a lack of blood supply to the brain due to narrowed or blocked blood vessels by fatty deposits called plaques so that brain tissue is ischemic. Blood pressure is defined as the pressure exerted by the blood on the blood vessels which is influenced by the volume of blood and the elasticity of the blood vessels. Riskesdas data in 2018 in Indonesia showed an increase in the prevalence of stroke sufferers in the population aged 15 years from 7% to 10.9%. The purpose of this study was to determine blood pressure in non-hemorrhagic stroke patients at Bangli Hospital in 2022. This study used a quantitative descriptive research method. Data retrieval is done by using a checklist sheet. The number of samples in this study were 32 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the blood pressure of non-hemorrhagic stroke patients on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day hospitalization is classified as stage 2 hypertension. respondents (37.5%). Based on the characteristics of the sexes that dominated the incidence of non-hemorrhagic stroke, 19 respondents (59.4%) were male. The conclusion of this study is that most of the non-hemorrhagic stroke respondents have stage 2 hypertension. Keywords: Blood pressure, SNH patients, stroke, non hemorrhagic ABSTRAK Stroke non hemoragik disebabkan oleh kurangnya suplai darah ke otak karena menyempit atau tersumbatnya pembuluh darah oleh deposit lemak yang disebut plak sehingga jaringan otak mengalami iskemik. Tekanan darah diartikan sebagai tekanan yang dihasilkan oleh darah terhadap pembuluh darah yang dipengaruhi oleh volume darah dan elastisitas pembuluh darah. Data Riskesdas tahun 2018 di Indonesia menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan prevalensi penderita stroke pada penduduk umur ≥ 15 tahun dari 7% menjadi 10,9%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tekanan darah pada pasien stroke non hemoragik di RSUD Bangli tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar ceklist. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 32 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tekanan darah pasien stroke non hemoragik pada rawat inap hari ke-1, ke-2, dan ke-3 berada diklasifikasi hipertensi stage 2. Berdasarkan karakteristik usia yang mendominasi kejadian stroke non hemoragik adalah usia 65-74 tahun sebanyak 12 responden (37,5%). Berdasarkan karakteristik jenis kelamin yang mendominasi kejadian stroke non hemoragik adalah laki-laki sebanyak 19 responden (59,4%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu sebagian besar responden stroke non hemoragik mengalami hipertensi stage 2. Diharapkan hal ini dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pemberian tindakan pada pasien stroke non hemoragik. Kata Kunci : Tekanan darah, pasien SNH, stroke, non hemoragik
