Abstract

GAMBARAN KEPATUHAN PEMBATASAN CAIRAN PADA PASIEN GAGAL GINJAL KRONIK YANG MENJALANI HEMODIALISA DI RSUD KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Gagal ginjal kronik merupakan suatu keadaan gangguan fungsi ginjal yang bersifat progresif dan irreversible (tidak dapat pulih kembali. Pasien gagal ginjal kronik dalam mempertahankan fungsi ginjal perlu menjalankan serangkaian pengobatan salah satunya terapi hemodialisa, dalam menjalani terapi hemodialisa terdapat banyak hal yang perlu diperhatikan salah satunya kepatuhan pembatasan cairan. Apabila pasien tidak patuh dalam membatasi asupan cairan maka dapat menimbulkan dampak berupa terjadi peningkatan berat badan dalam waktu singkat, edema, sesak napas, edema paru, kerusakan sistem kardiovaskuler dan gagal jantung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kepatuhan pembatasan cairan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa jenis penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif observasional dan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah jenis non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 57 responden. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner kepatuhan pembatasan cairan dan lembar observasi pengukuran berat badan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kepatuhan pembatasan cairan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik di RSUD Klungkung didapatkan kepatuhan pembatasan cairan mayoritas kurang patuh sebanyak 41 responden (71,9%), kategori patuh sebanyak 15 responden (26,3%), dan kategori tidak patuh terdapat sebanyak 1 responden (1,8). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu kepatuhan pembatasan cairan pada pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa di RSUD Klungkung tahun 2022 dikategorikan kurang patuh. Kata kunci :Pembatasan cairan, kepatuhan, gagal ginjal kronik DESCRIPTION OF COMPLIANCE WITH FLUIDRESTRICTION IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE UNDERGOING HEMODIALYSIS AT KLUNGKUNG REGIONAL HOSPITAL YEAR 2022 ABSTRACT Chronic kidney failure is a condition of progressive and irreversible kidney function disorder (cannot be recovered. Chronic kidney failure patients in maintaining kidney function need to carry out a series of treatments, one of which is hemodialysis therapy, in undergoing hemodialysis therapy there are many things that need to be considered, one of which is compliance fluid restriction. If the patient is not obedient in limiting fluid intake, it can have an impact in the form of an increase in body weight in a short time, edema, shortness breath, pulmonary edema, damage to the cardiovascular system and heart failure. The purpose of this study is to determine the description of compliance with fluid restriction in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis this type of research is a quantitative research with a descriptive observational design and using a cross sectional approach.The sampling technique uses is a non-probability sampling type, there are purposive sampling, with the number of respondents as 57 respondents. The data collection tools used were the fluid restriction compliance questionnaire and the weight measurement observation sheet. The results showed that the level of compliance with fluid restriction in patients with chronic kidney failure at the Klungkung Hospital found compliance with fluid restriction in the majority are less compliance as 41 respondent (71,9 %), obedient category as 15 respondents (26.3%), and the non-adherent category as 1 respondent (1.8%). The conclusion of this study is that compliance with fluid restriction in patients with chronic kidney failure undergoing hemodialysis at the Klungkung Hospital in 2022 is categorized as less compliant.
