Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF BODY TEMPERATURE LEVEL IN BABIES WITH LOW BIRTH WEIGHT IN RSUD TABANAN 2022 ABSTRACT Babies with low birth weight have the regulation of the thermoregulation system or regulation of unstable body temperature, causing the baby to experience hypothermia. This study aims to determine the picture of body temperature in infants with low birth weight that occurs in Tabanan Hospital in 2022. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach with the design of this study using observation design. The sample of this study amounted to 76 babies with a BBLR. The technique used is Simple Random Sampling. Results of research found Most of the baby's body temperature with low birth weight, hypothermia as many as 52 babies or 68%. Health workers, especially nurses in providing nursing care in infants with low birth weight in accordance with the procedure so that they can maintain the body's body temperature and prevent a decrease in body temperature in infants. Keyword : low birth weight, body temperature GAMBARAN TINGKAT SUHU TUBUH PADA BAYI DENGAN BERAT BADAN LAHIR RENDAH DI RSUD TABANAN TAHUN 2022 ABSTRAK Bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah memiliki pengaturan sistem termoregulasi atau pengaturan suhu tubuh yang tidak stabil sehingga menyebabkan bayi mengalami hipotermia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat suhu tubuh pada bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah yang terjadi di RSUD Tabanan tahun 2022. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian ini menggunakan desain observasiona, sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 76 bayi dengan BBLR. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ditemukan sebagian besar suhu tubuh bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah yaitu hipotermia sebanyak 52 bayi atau sebesar 68%. Petugas kesehatan terutama perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada bayi dengan berat badan lahir rendah sesuai dengan prosedur sehingga dapat mempertahankan suhu tubuh bayi dan mencegah penurunan suhu tubuh pada bayi.
