Abstract
Delusions (delusions) are false beliefs based on false conclusions about the external which are not in line with the client's intelligence and cultural background, which cannot be corrected by reason. Delusion is a neurobiological disorder. The purpose of this study was to identify delusional content disorders in mental patients at the UPTD Puskesmas Abiansemal 1 in 2021. The research method used was descriptive research. The results showed that the content of delusions based on age mostly in the range of 20-30 years had delusional content as many as 14 people (73.7%). Based on gender, most of the male gender had delusional contents, namely 20 people (87.0%). Based on the level of education, most of them with secondary education had delusional content, namely 18 people (81.8%). Based on marital status, those with unmarried status had delusional contents, namely 25 people (86.2%). The conclusion of this study is that the most delusional content in mental patients at UPTD Puskesmas Abiansemal 1 is with Paranoid Delusions as many as 25 people (55.6%).
