Abstract

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ANEMIA STATUS, IRON INTAKE, PERCEPTION OF BODY IMAGE AND MORNING BREAKFAST HABITS IN ADOLESCENTS ABSTRACT Anemia is one of the main nutritional problems, the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia is 21.7%. Women tended to be more likely to experience anemia, namely 23.9%. The research objective was to determine the relationship between anemia status, iron intake, perception of body image and breakfast habits among young women. This research is a systematic review research (Systematic review) from January to March 2021. The results of this study are based on a study conducted on 12 articles which found that all articles had a relationship between iron intake and anemia status, 7 articles found that 2 articles had a relationship. body image perception and anemia status, and 5 other articles there was no relationship between perception of body image and anemia status, 7 articles were found, it was found that all articles had a relationship between breakfast habits and anemia status, 6 articles were found, it was known that all articles were not There is a relationship between iron intake and perception of body image and 6 articles were found, it was found that 1 article had an indirect relationship with iron intake and breakfast habits, while 5 other articles had no relationship between iron intake and breakfast habits.
