Abstract
Normal labor is the process of spending fetus in pregnancy at term (37-42 weeks), born spontaneously with a presentation that took place behind the head in 18 hours , without complications for both the mother and the fetus. Stage IV of labor hemorrhage is one of the biggest risks that lead to maternal death. The purpose of this research is to describe the nursing care for normal post partum mother with risk of bleeding. The method used in the preparation of this scientific writing is descriptive method with case study approach in two patients in the normal post partum in Delivery Room of Mangusada Badung General Hospital. Data collection was obtained by documentation study technique. According to the results obtained in the assessment data of patients 1 and patient 2 when compared with the theory there is no difference in symptom that appears in the patienst, the medic record listed only medical diagnosis and there are no plans of nursing, nursing actions performed, observation 2 hours post partum and the evaluation of patients achieving and criteria in accordance with the theoretical results.
