Abstract
AN OVERVIEW OF BLOOD PRESSURE IN PATIENT WITH CORONARY HEART DISEASE IN RSUD KLUNGKUNG 2021 ABSTRAC Coronary heart disease is a heart disease caused by narrowing of the coronary arteries resulting in disruption of blood flow to the heart muscle due to atherosclerosis. This study aims to determine the description of blood pressure in patients with coronary heart disease at Klungkung Hospital in 2021. This research uses descriptive research. The data collection technique is a documentation study seen in medical records and the sampling technique used is total sampling, namely all inpatients. and emergency care at Klungkung Hospital in 2020. The results of the study were obtained based on the age of most respondents in the age range 51-56 years, as many as 14 people (35.0%). %) and 13 female respondents (32.5%), and most of the initial blood pressure admitted to the hospital in Coronary Hearth Disease patients at Klungkung General Hospital entered into stage 1 hypertension, as many as 19 people (47.5%). Suggestions for future researchers are expected to be able to replicate this research in a different scope, so that it can provide a more comprehensive picture regarding aspects of nursing action in patients with coronary heart disease and conduct research using a more representative sample so that it can describe the problem specifically.
