Abstract
Knowledge is the result of knowing, this happens after people sense a certain object. Maintenance of oral health is an effort to improve health. Pregnant women will experience physical changes, hormonal changes and behavior. The purpose of this study was to describe the level of knowledge about the maintenance of oral health in pregnant women in the IPE Jembrana 1 Community Service Region in 2021. This research is descriptive. The types of data collected are primary data and secondary data. Data on the level of knowledge about the maintenance of dental and oral health in pregnant women was collected by giving 20 questions in google form. The results of research conducted on 29 pregnant women in the IPE Jembrana 1 KKN Area 2021 showed that the level of knowledge about the maintenance of oral health in pregnant women was 24% with very good category, 55% good category, 7% sufficient category, and with less category 14%. The average level of knowledge about the maintenance of dental and oral health in pregnant women in the IPE Jembrana 1 KKN Area in 2021 is 72.5 with a good category. The results of this study concluded that the level of knowledge about the maintenance of oral health in pregnant women was 55% with good category.
