Abstract

DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE FOR PATIENTS WITH POST APENDIKTOMI OPERATION OF ACUTE PAIN IN JANGER WARD MANGUSADA HOSPITAL 2018 ABSTRACT Apendiktomi is surgery to remove the appendix as soon as possible to reduce the risk of perforation. The purpose of this study is to describe nursing care in patients with postoperative acute pain apendiktomi Janger Lounge Mangusada Hospital. The method used is descriptive research with case study design was conducted in April 2018. The samples used were two people who meet the criteria insklusi and exclusion. The instrument used is the observation documentation. The results showed that there are similarities between the two patients who experienced postoperative acute pain apendiktomi in documentation of nursing care in the room. The equation lies in the information assessment, nursing diagnosis is lifted, intervention, implementation and evaluation. However, there is little difference with the theory put forward a reference investigators. This happens because of hospital policy and theory that made reference slightly different. This indicates that the documentation of nursing care is influenced by the theory referred by nurses in hospitals Janger room Mangusada and researchers. The result is expected that this study can djadikan guidance by nurses and the hospitals in improving their knowledge and skills against a reference standard of Nursing Diagnoses Indonesia.
