Abstract
THE OVERVIEW OF MATERNITY MOTHER WITH PREECLAMPSIA AT SANGLAH CENTRAL GENERAL HOSPITAL DENPASAR IN 2020 ABSTRACT Preeclampsia is hypertension of 20 weeks gestation that experiences organ disorders and proteinuria, which are one of the causes of maternal death in Indonesia. The incidence of preeclampsia at Sanglah General Hospital in 2020 was 20.23% and increase in cases was 2.43%. The research objective was to see the description of mothers with preeclampsia at Sanglah General Hospital Denpasar in 2020. This type of research is descriptive observational. Implementation in May 2021 with a total sample of all women who were diagnosed with preeclampsia and severe preeclampsia, who were registered in the delivery register at the Midwifery Emergency Room in 2020 as many as 209 people. Collecting data by recording documents. Data analysis used univariate with descriptive statistics, namely the proportion table. The results of the study show that the majority of severe preeclampsia (84,215), the age of mothers is 20-35 years (67,94%), the maternal parity is 1-4 (57,42%), the fetuses are one (97,61%), the gestasional age is mature (53,11%) and the comorbidities are no disease companion (84,69%).The description of preeclampsia is with severe preeclampsia, age 20-35 years, parity 1-4, the fetuses are one, the gestasional age is mature and there are no comorbidities. Health personnel are expected to be able to perform early detection of risk factors for preeclampsia with integrated antenatal care with “10 T” services.
