Abstract

Angina pectoris is chest pain that occurs when the heart muscle doesn't get enough blood supply because the arteries in the heart are blocked or narrowed. The purpose of this study was to describe the blood pressure in patients with angina pectoris at RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar. This type of research is a descriptive study with a quantitative descriptive study design regarding the picture of blood pressure in patients with angina pectoris. The study was conducted by taking secondary data, namely the blood pressure data of outpatient angina pectoris patients. The results of the study of 43 data found that angina pectoris patients with normal blood pressure were 3 people (7%), elevation was 7 people (16%), stage 1 hypertension was 20 people (47%), stage 2 hypertension was 13 people (30 %), and hypertensive crisis was absent (0%). The largest age group was 56-65 years, as many as 16 people (37.2%) and the smallest was ≥76 years as many as 1 person (2.3%) with 23 people (53.5%) male gender. female genitalia as many as 20 people (46.5%). The conclusion of this study is that most respondents are from the age group 55-65 years (37.2%) and the most gender is male (53.5%), the most blood pressure is stage 1 hypertension (44.2%), and most of them are male (25.6%) and from the 55-65 years age group (16.3%). Key words: Angina Pectoris, Blood Pressure Angina Pektoris merupakan nyeri dada yang terjadi saat otot jantung tidak mendapatkan suplai darah yang cukup karena pembuluh darah arteri pada jantung tersumbat atau menyempit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggambarkan tekanan darah pada pasien angina pektoris di RSUD Sanjiwani Gianyar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan desain studi deskriptif kuantitatif mengenai gambaran tekanan darah pada pasien angina pektoris. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil data sekunder yaitu data tekanan darah pasien angina pektoris yang menjalani rawat jalan. Hasil penelitian dari 43 data ditemukan bahwa pasien angina pektoris dengan tekanan darah normal sebanyak 3 orang (7%), elevasi sebanyak 7 orang (16%), hipertensi stage 1 sebanyak 20 orang (47%), hipertensi stage 2 sebanyak 13 orang (30%), dan hipertensi krisis tidak ada (0%). Kelompok usia terbanyak adalah 56-65 tahun yaitu sebanyak 16 orang (37,2%) dan terkecil adalah ≥76 tahun sebanyak 1 orang (2,3%) dengan jenis kelamin laki – laki sebanyak 23 orang (53,5%) dan jenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 20 orang (46,5%). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah responden terbanyak dari kelompok umur 55-65 tahun (37,2%) dan jenis kelamin terbanyak yaitu laki-laki (53,5%), tekanan darah paling banyak yaitu hipertensi stage 1 (44,2%), dan sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki-laki (25,6%) serta dari kelompok usia 55-65 tahun (16,3%).
