Abstract
Knowledge has an important role in consuming Fe tablets in pregnant women. Mothers who have less knowledge about the benefits of iron will ask about the problem at hand, so that complete information is needed to increase the level of mother's knowledge about the benefits of iron. This study aims to describe nursing care in primigravida trimester I mothers with a deficit of knowledge about the benefits of iron. This type of research uses descriptive research with repository data study methods of data obtained through the website of the Ministry of Health Denpasar Denpasar Health Polytechnic repository namely scientific papers Ni Kadek Sri Suryani (2019). The number of research subjects was 2 patients with the same nursing problems, namely in primigravida trimester I mothers. The results of the study did not show any major signs and minor deficits in knowledge about the benefits of iron. The diagnosis is formulated based on obstetric diagnoses. Planning is only written on the SOAP sheet in section P (planning) on the evaluation. Implementation has been carried out in accordance with the theory used as a reference by researchers, but not written down. Evaluation using SOAP but there are differences in the way of writing in the assessment section. Pengetahuan memiliki peran penting dalam mengkonsumsi tablet fe pada ibu hamil. Ibu yang memiliki pengetahuan yang kurang tentang manfaat zat besi akan menanyakan masalah yang dihadapi, sehingga diperlukan informasi yang lengkap untuk meningkatkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu tentang manfaat zat besi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu primigravida trimester I dengan defisit pengetahuan tentang manfaat zat besi. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode studi data repositoryterhadap data yang didapat melalui website repository Poltekkes Kemenkes Denpasar yaitu karya tulis ilmiah Ni Kadek Sri Suryani (2019). Jumlah subjek penelitian adalah 2 orang pasien dengan masalah keperawatan yang sama, yaitu pada ibu primigravida trimester I. Hasil penelitian pada pengkajian tidak menunjukkan adanya tanda mayor dan minor defisit pengetahuan tentang manfaat zat besi. Diagnosa dirumuskan berdasarkan diagnosa kebidanan. Perencanaan hanya ditulis pada lembar SOAP di bagian P (planning) pada evaluasi. Implementasi sudah dilakukan sesuai dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti, namun tidak dituliskan.. Evaluasi menggunakan SOAP tetapi terdapat perbedaan cara penulisan pada bagian assessment.
