Abstract

ABSTRACT Anemia during pregnant women often occurs during pregnancy. In the case of Mrs. “EK” there is a discrepancy the size of the pelvis and the decline of the fetal head, which can be at risk in childbirth and the newborn. This case report purpose to determine the implementation of midwifery care of pregnancy in the third trimester, childbirth, puerperium and the newborn. The method used was the interview, examination, observation, and documentation. The mother during the gestational age of 38 weeks experienced a premature rupture of membranes, the fetal head has not yet entered the door above the pelvis and the pelvis tight. The process of childbirth took place in a section caesarea. During the puerperium there were no danger signs found in the mother. The process of involution of lochea and lactation expenditure up to 42th days of the puerperium period is normal. The baby is born crying immediately, active muscle tone, reddish skin and 3000 gram birth weight. During the neonatal period until the baby is 42th days old, on the 7th day there is a weight loss of 200gram and has increased again on the 14th day according to the weight at birth, the baby has been immunized with HB0, BCG, and Polio 1. An increase in baby's weight increased again to 4200 grams, it is hoped that after being given care the mother always monitors the growth and development of her baby. Keyword : Anemia; baby; pregnancy; puerperium; section caesare ABSTRAK Anemia pada masa ibu hamil sering terjadi pada masa kehamilan. Pada kasus ibu “EK” terjadi ketidaksesuaian ukuran panggul dan penurunan kepala janin, yang dapat berisiko pada persalinan dan bayi baru lahir. Laporan kasus ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan asuhan kebidanan dari kehamilan trimester III, persalinan, masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir. Metode yang digunakan adalah wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi serta dokumentasi. Ibu saat usia kehamilan 38 minggu mengalami ketuban pecah dini, kepala janin belum masuk pintu atas panggul dan panggul sempit. Proses persalinan berlangsung secara sectio caesarea. Pada masa nifas tidak ditemukan tanda bahaya pada ibu. Proses involusi pengeluaran lochea dan laktasi sampai 42 hari masa nifas berlangsung normal. Bayi lahir segera menangis, tonus otot aktif, kulit kemerahan dan berat lahir 3000 gram. Selama masa neonatus sampai bayi berusia 42 hari, pada hari ke 7 mengalami penurunan berat badan yaitu 200 gram dan mengalami peningkatan kembali di hari ke 14 sesuai berat badan ketika lahir, bayi sudah mendapatkan imunisasi HB0,BCG, dan Polio 1. Peningkatan berat badan bayi terjadi peningkatan kembali menjadi 4200 gram, diharapkan setelah diberikan asuhan ibu selalu memantau tumbuh kembang bayinya.
