Abstract

Menyusui tidak efektif merupakan kondisi dimana ibu dan bayi mengalami ketidakpuasan atau kesulitan pada proses menyusui. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post partum dengan menyusui tidak efektif yang diperoleh dari data lampiran Karya Tulis Ilmiah dengan judul Gambaran Asuhan Keperawatan Pada Ibu Post Partum Normal Dengan Menyusui Tidak Efektif di RSUD Wangaya yang ditulis oleh (Primandari, 2019) yang didapat melalui website repository Poltekkes Denpasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pedoman dokumentasi. Hasil yang didapatkan meliputi pengkajian keperawatan terdapat perbedaan pada hasil studi kasus dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Diagnosa keperawatan tidak didokumentasikan oleh petugas, melainkan diruangan menggunakan diagnosa kebidanan. Intervensi tidak didokumentasikan pada kedua rekam medis pasien. Pada bagian implementasi dan evaluasi terdapat perbedaan pada hasil studi kasus dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan agar penelitian ini dapat djadikan pedoman oleh tenaga kesehatan dan pihak rumah sakit dalam penerapan asuhan keperawatan pada ibu post partum. Kata kunci: post partum normal, menyusui tidak efektif, asuhan keperawatan Ineffective breastfeeding is a condition in which the mother and baby experience dissatisfaction or difficulty in the process of breastfeeding. The purpose of this case study is to find out the picture of nursing care for post partum mothers with ineffective breastfeeding obtained from the attachment data of Scientific Writing with the title Illustration of Nursing Care for Normal Postpartum Mothers With Effective Breastfeeding at Wangaya Regional Hospital written by (Primandari, 2019 ) obtained through the Poltekkes Denpasar repository website. The research method used was descriptive research with a case study approach. The data collection technique used was documentation guidelines. The results obtained include nursing studies there are differences in the results of case studies with theories that are used as a reference by researchers. Nursing diagnoses are not documented by officers, but in the room using obstetric diagnoses. The intervention was not documented in both patients' medical records. In the implementation and evaluation section there are differences in the results of case studies with theories that are used as a reference by researchers. The results of this study are expected so that this study can be made a guideline by health workers and the hospital in applying nursing care to post partum mothers.
