Abstract

OVERVIEW OF NURSING CARE IN MOTHER NIFAS WITH THE READINESS OF INCREASING KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE TECHNIQUES ON BREASTFEEDING IN 2020 ABSTRACT Breastfeeding is the process of giving breast milk (ASI) to infants from birth until the age of 2 years. Proper breastfeeding technique is a way to give milk to babies with the attachment and position of the mother and baby correctly. This study aims to determine the description of nursing care for postpartum mothers with readiness to increase knowledge about breastfeeding techniques taken from the practice results at Klungkung District Hospital in 2019. The type of research used is descriptive with case study design. This research was taken from practice documentation data which was conducted on 18 to 23 March 2020 conducted in 2 medical records of patients with readiness to increase knowledge about breastfeeding techniques. The results obtained include nursing studies there are differences in the results of the study of documentation with the theory used as a reference by researchers. The diagnosis was formulated in obstetric diagnosis. The intervention was not documented in the two patient documents. Implementation uses formative evaluation. The nursing evaluation used is SOAP documentation. Keywords : Nursing Care, Knowledge Improvement Readiness, Postpartum Mother, Breastfeeding Techniques GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA IBU NIFAS DENGAN KESIAPAN PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN TENTANG TEKNIK MENYUSUI TAHUN 2020 ABSTRAK Menyusui adalah proses pemberian air susu ibu (ASI) kepada bayi sejak lahir sampai berusia 2 tahun. Teknik menyusui yang benar adalah cara memberikan ASI kepada bayi dengan perlekatan dan posisi ibu dan bayi dengan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada ibu nifas dengan kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang teknik menyusui yang diambil dari hasil praktik di RSUD Klungkung tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Penelitian ini di ambil dari data dokumentasi praktik yang di lakukan penelitian pada tanggal 18 sampai 23 maret 2020 yang dilakukan pada 2 rekam medis pasien dengan kesiapan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang teknik menyusui. Hasil yang di dapatkan meliputi pengkajian keperawatan terdapat perbedaan pada hasil studi dokumentasi dengan teori yang dijadikan acuan oleh peneliti. Diagnosis yang dirumuskan diagnosis kebidanan. Intervensi tidak di dokumentasikan pada kedua dokumen pasien. Implementasi menggunakan evaluasi formatif. Evaluasi keperawatan yang digunakan adalah pendokumentasian SOAP.
