Abstract

Pregnancy is a natural and physiological process that will continue with labor and the puerperium. High risk pregnancy is a pregnancy that can cause pregnant women and babies to become sick or die before the birth takes place. Pregnancy midwifery care "YL" age 27 years old multigravida from 30 weeks 1 day to 42 days postpartum aims to determine the development of the mother and baby. The method of collecting data is done by interview, examination, documentation study, observation and communication of Video Call. Mothers at 39 weeks 3 days of pregnancy experience premature rupture of membranes, the fetal head has not entered the pelvic and edema doors. The birth process takes place in a sectio caesarea (SC). During the puerperium there were no danger signs found in the mother. The process of involution of lochea and lactation to 42 days of the postpartum period is normal. The baby is born crying immediately, active muscle tone, reddish skin and 2900 grams birth weight. During monitoring, the total increase in baby's weight from birth to 42 days is 1600 grams.
