Abstract

ABSTRAK IMD adalah suatu rangkaian kegiatan dimana segera setelah bayi lahir yang sudah terpotong tali pusatnya secara naluri melakukan aktivitas-aktivitas yang diakhiri dengan menemukan puting susu ibu kemudian menyusu pada satu jam pertama kelahiran.Adapun tanda dan gejala hipotermi pada bayi BBL yaitu: Pengukuran suhu tubuh neonatesdibawah normal. Pemberian prosedur inisiasi menyusui dini pada bayi baru lahir dengan risiko hipotermia di ruang bersalin RSD Mangusada Badung. Data diambil dari repository Poltekkes Denpasar karena penelitian ini menemui hambatan saat proses pengambilan data sampai penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah ini yaitu ditengah pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Subjek yang digunakan adalah dua subjek yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Instrument yang digunakan adalah pedoman dokumentasi. Hasil pengkajian pada subjek pertama dan kedua terdapat perbedaan dengan acuan teori, tanda mayor dan minor tidak muncul pada kedua subjek. Diagnosis keperawatan subjek pertama dan kedua tidak terdapat etiologi dan symptom. Intervensi keperawatan pada subjek pertama dan kedua tidak terdapat tujuan dan criteria hasil. Implementasi keperawatan pada subjek pertama dan kedua dalam pemberian prosedur inisiasi menyusui dini dilaksanakan sesuai prosedur. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dibidang keperawatan baik bagi institusi Politeknik Kemenkes Denpasar dan Pihak RSD Mangusada Badung. Kata kunci : IMD, Risiko Hipotermia, Bayi Baru Lahir ABSTRACT IMD is a series of activities where as soon as the baby is born the umbilical cord has been instinctively carrying out activities that end with finding the mother's nipple and then breastfeeding in the first hour of birth.The signs and symptoms of hypothermia in BBL babies are: Measurement of neonates' body temperature below normal. Provision of early breastfeeding initiation procedures for newborns with hypothermia in the delivery room of RSD Mangusada Badung. The data was taken from the Denpasar Health Polytechnic repository because this study encountered obstacles during the process of data retrieval until the compilation of scientific papers in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. Provision of early breastfeeding initiation procedures for newborns with hypothermia in the delivery room of RSD Mangusada Badung. The research method used is descriptive research. The subjects used were two subjects who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instrument used was interviews and documentation guidelines. The results of the assessment on the first and second subjects there are differences with theoretical references, major and minor signs do not appear in both subjects. Nursing diagnoses of the first and second subjects were not etiologically and symptomatic.Nursing interventions on the first and second subjects contained no goals and outcomes. Theimplementation of nursing on the first and second subjects in the provision of early breastfeeding initiation procedures is carried out according to the procedure. This research is expected to be used as material for the development of science in the field of nursing both for the Polytechnic Ministry of Health of Denpasar and RSD Mangusada Badung.
