Abstract

MIDWIFERY CARE OF MRS. “AW” 23 YEARS OLD MULTIGRAVID FROM THIRD TRIMESTER OF PREGNANCY UNTIL 42 DAYS OF POST PARTUM The Case Take Placed In The Working Area of Community Health Center I North of Denpasar In 2020 ABSTRACT Midwifery care given from pregnancy to postpartum is one indicator to reduce the Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR). In the process of pregnancy until post partum there was a possibility of experiencing a pathological state. This Final Report, reports the midwifery care of Mrs. "AW" from pregnancy until 42 days postpartum. The method used in making this Final Project Report is a case study that aims to find out the results of midwifery care from third trimester of pregnancy until 42 days postpartum period. Pregnancy Mrs. "AW" from the third trimester of pregnancy to the onset of labor runs physiologically. The process of labor in the first, second, third, and fourth stage is physiologically. The baby was born immediately crying and active motion. Development in the postpartum is physiologically. Growth and development of infants until 42 days is physiologically. It can be concluded that the midwifery care which given to Mrs. “AW” from 29 weeks 1 days of pregnancy until the end of postpartum period along with her baby running normally so the mother and the baby healthy. ASUHAN KEBIDANAN PADA NY “AW” UMUR 23 TAHUN MULTIGRAVIDA DARI KEHAMILAN TRIMESTER III SAMPAI 42 HARI MASA NIFAS Studi Kasus dilaksanakan di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas I Dinas Kesehatan Kecamatan Denpasar Utara Tahun 2020 ABSTRAK Asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan sejak kehamilan hingga masa nifas adalah salah satu indikator untuk menurunkan Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB). Kehamilan hingga masa nifas dalam proses ini kemungkinan mengalami keadaan yang patologi. Laporan Tugas Akhir ini melaporkan asuhan kebidanan pada Ny “AW” dari kehamilan sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Laporan Tugas Akhir ini adalah studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil asuhan kebidanan dari kehamilan Trimester III sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Kehamilan Ny “AW” dari kehamilan trimester III hingga menjelang persalinan berjalan fisiologis. Persalinan kala I, kala II, III, dan IV berlangsung secara fisiologis. Bayi lahir normal segera menangis gerak aktif, perkembangan pada masa nifas berlangsung secara fisiologis. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan bayi hingga umur 42 hari berlangsung fisiologis. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa asuhan yang diberikan pada Ny “AW” dari usia kehamilan 29 minggu 1 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas beserta bayinya berlangsung nomal sehingga ibu dan bayi sehat. Kata kunci : Asuhan kebidanan, kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, bayi.
