Abstract
Sectio Caesarea (SC) is an action performed to deliver the baby through abdominal uterine wall surgery. Puerperal period is associated with sleep disorder especially after childbirth. Disturbed sleep pattern is a disorder that occurs in the quality and quantity of a person's sleep time due to external factors. The purpose of this research is to know the description of nursing care for post Sectio Caesarea (SC) mother with disturbed sleep pattern disorder in Margapati Ward Mangusada Badung Hospital 2018. This research type is descriptive with case study approach to two post SC mothers who experience disturbed sleep pattern . This study uses documentation study technique. The result obtained is that there are differences of nursing assessment data found in the case study with the theory used as a reference by the researcher. The diagnosis listed on the medical record is that the midwife establishes a diagnosis as a priority diagnosis. Seen from the documented assessment data, the data support the enforcement of sleep disorder diagnoses. Interventions were not included in the two patient's medical record. Implementation using formative evaluation and midwife only documented sleep restoration management. There is a difference between the evaluation documented on case studies with the theories used by researchers. Evaluations showed that the respondents were not showing signs and symptoms of sleep disorders. Keywords: Nursing care, Post Sectio Caesarea (SC), and disturbed sleep pattern
