Abstract
KAJIAN PUSTAKA HUBUNGAN PENERAPAN PAGT DENGAN STATUS GIZI DAN KUALITAS HIDUP PASIEN PENYAKIT DEGENERATIF DI RUMAH SAKIT ABSTRAK Status gizi merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam membentuk status kesehatan, semakin menurun status gizi maka smakin menurun kualitas hidup seseorang. Proses asuhan gizi terstandar (PAGT) merupakan asuhan gizi dirumah sakit dalam mempertahankan atau memperbaiki status gizi pasien di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan PAGT terhadap status gizi dan kualitas hidup. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah literature riview. Jumlah pustaka yaitu 10 jurnal. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret sampai April 2020. Hasil tinjauan pustaka tentang status gizi dan kualitas hidup menunjukkan ada hubungan status gizi dengan kualitas hidup. Hasil tinjauan pustaka tentang status gizi berdasarkan penerapan proses asuhan gizi tertsandar dengan kualitas hidup menunjukkan ada hubungan antara status gizi berdasarkan proses asuhan gizi dengan kualitas hidup. Hasil tinjauan pustaka proses asuhan gizi terhadap status gizi menunjukkan ada hubungan antara penerapan proses asuhan gizi terstandar dengan status gizi. Hasil tinjauan pustaka penerapan proses asuhan gizi dengan kualitas hidup menunjukkan ada hubungan antara penerapan proses asuhan gizi dengan kualitas hidup. Maka dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara status gizi dengan kualitas hidup berdasarkan penerapan proses asuhan gizi terstandar (PAGT). Kata kunci : Status gizi, Kualitas hidup, Proses asuhan gizi terstandar (PAGT) REFERENCES STUDY RELATIONSHIP APPLICATION OF NCP TO NUTRITIONAL STATUS AND LIFE QUALITY DEGENERATIVE DISEASE PATIENTS IN THE HOSPITAL ABSTRACT Nutritional status is one of the important elements in shaping health status, as nutritional status decreases, so the quality of life of a person decreases. The Nutrition Care Process (NCP) is nutritional care at the hospital in maintaining or improving the nutritional status of patients in the hospital. This study aims to determine the application of NCP to nutritional status and quality of life. This type of research is literature review. The number of libraries is 10 journals. The study was conducted in March to April 2020. The results of a literature review on nutritional status and quality of life indicate there is a relationship between nutritional status and quality of life. The results of a literature review on nutritional status based on the nutrition care processes with quality of life indicate that there is a relationship between nutritional status based on nutritional care processes and quality of life. The literature review of the process of nutritional care to nutritional status shows that there is a relationship between the application of nutrition care processes and nutritional status. The literature review results of the nutrition care process with quality of life shows that there is a relationship between the application of the nutrition care process and the quality of life. It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between nutritional status and quality of life based on the nutrition care process (NCP).
