Abstract
Acute pain of coronary heart disease is an discomfort feeling and often projected on the chest. Nursing care of acute pain is the most important thing in process of treating patient with coronary heart disease. The purpose of this study is describe the process of nursing care from assessment, nursing diagnoses, nursing intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care in Sahadewa ward Sanjiwani Gianyar Hospital. This research used descriptive method with case study design from two documents that were observed in depth using documentation study. Data was collected from documentation guidance in form of check list. The results of the assessment that found some differences in signs symptoms with theories, the nursing diagnoses that were established is acute pain the only difference in the etiology and the symptom, most Intervention according to theory there were two plans that were not listed, the implementation there were four actions not written in medical record, the evaluation using SOAP with problems already resolved. Based on this study indicates there are similarities between two patients with coronary heart disease who experienced acute pain in documenting nursing care in the room, but there are some differences in data with theories used as a reference by researchers.
