Abstract
Abstract: Knowledge and behavior are influence each other. Adolescent lack of sexual education might affect their behavior about premarital sex. Many adolescents who do not know the effect behavior of premarital sex, so many adolescents are approved behavior of premarital sex. The purpose of this research was to know the relationship between adolescent knowledge about reproductive health with behavior of premarital sex in Senior High School 1 Penebel. This was as correlative analytic research with cross sectional design. The research was conducted on April 2020 with the population of students in Senior High School 1 Penebel. Methods of sampling with probability sampling amounted to 73 respondent. Data was primary data by questionnaire. Data analysis used chi square test. The result showed most of adolescents were know about reproductive health and had positive behavior of premarital sex (72,34%), adolescent who have enough knowledge and had negative behavior of premarital sex (80%), meanwhile adolescents who have low knowledge had same positive and negative behavior of premarital sex (50%). The chi square result showed p = 0,000. Because p < α (0,05), so H0 denied. Its mean there was a significant relationship between knowledge about reproductive health with behavior of premarital sex at adolescent.
