Abstract

ABSTRACT PLAY THERAPY REDUCES TRAUMA TO THE CHILD VICTIMS OF NATURAL DISASTERS Children are the most vulnerable groups that became the first victims and became one of the groups vulnerable to trauma. This situation can cause psychological impact after disaster. This condition needs to get the proper handling of one of the play therapy. Play therapy is a wrong technique that is able to handle to lower trauma in a child disaster victims. The purpose of this literature review is to know the effect of providing play therapy to reduce trauma to a child's natural disaster. Using four databases (Google Scholar, Research Gate, Garuda Portal, and IJNHS) are sought between 2010 to 2019 in the form of research reports, reviews, and theoretical studies discussing the play therapy and the effect of providing therapy to reduce trauma in natural disaster newspaper children. The keywords of play therapy, child trauma post- disaster, and natural disasters are used to search on electronic databases. There are 13 journals of search results using these keywords. Then after the selection of the journal contents, obtained 5 journals that correspond to the discussion of providing therapy to reduce trauma in the newspaper children of natural disasters. Based on the study of five articles, obtained prior to the treatment of playing therapy in children suffering from trauma natural disasters obtained results from the pretests showed at frequent trauma frequency. After being given the play therapy to the child of natural disasters, the trauma suffered by the child decreases. This significant decline gives meaningful meaning to trauma in a child's disaster victim that shows posttest results of children being at a frequency of trauma sometimes. The provision of play therapy can affect the trauma of a natural disaster because children's games are able to distract the trauma they experience. Based on the results of the study, the provision of play therapy can reduce trauma to the child's natural disasters significantly Keywords: Play therapy, post-disaster child trauma, natural disaster ABSTRAK PEMBERIAN TERAPI BERMAIN MENURUNKAN TRAUMA PADA ANAK KORBAN BENCANA ALAM Anak-anak merupakan kelompok paling rentan yang menjadi korban pertama dan menjadi salah satu kelompok yang rentan terkena trauma. Keadaan tersebut dapat menimbulkan dampak psikologis paska bencana. Kondisi ini perlu mendapatkan penanganan yang tepat salah satunya terapi bermain. Terapi bermain merupakan salah teknik yang mampu menangani untuk menurunkan trauma pada anak korban bencana. Tujuan dari pembuatan literature review ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian terapi bermain menurunkan trauma pada anak korban bencana alam. Menggunakan empat database (Google Scholar, Research Gate, Portal Garuda, dan IJNHS) yang dicari antara tahun 2010 sampai 2019 berupa laporan hasil penelitian, review, dan kajian teori yang membahas tentang terapi bermain serta pengaruh pemberian terapi bermain menurunkan trauma pada anak koran bencana alam. Kata kunci terapi bermain, trauma anak pasca bencana, dan bencana alam digunakan untuk mencari pada database elektronik. Didapatkan 13 jurnal dari hasil pencarian menggunakan kata kunci tersebut. Kemudian setelah dilakukan seleksi isi jurnal, diperoleh 5 jurnal yang sesuai dengan pembahasan pemberian terapi bermain menurunkan trauma pada anak koran bencana alam. Berdasarkan telaah dari lima artikel, didapatkan hasil sebelum diberikan terapi bermain pada anak korban bencana alam yang mengalami trauma didapatkan hasil dari pretest menunjukkan pada frekuensi trauma sering .Setelah diberikan terapi bermain pada anak korban bencana alam, trauma yang dialami anak menurun. Penurunan yang signifikan ini memberikan makna yang berarti pada trauma pada anak korban bencana yang menunjukkan hasil posttest anak-anak berada pada frekuensi trauma kadang-kadang. Pemberian terapi bermain dapat memengaruhi trauma pada anak korban bencana alam karena dengan permainan anak mampu mengalihkan rasa trauma yang mereka alami.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka pemberian terapi bermain dapat menurunkan trauma pada anak korban bencana alam secara signifikan.
