Abstract

Cephalgia adalah istilah medis dari nyeri kepala atau sakit kepala. Cephalgia dapat menimbulkan gangguan pada pola tidur, pola makan, menyebabkan depresi sampai kecemasan pada penderitanya. Tanda dan gejala cephalgia yaitu nyeri kepala ringan maupun berat, nyeri seperti diikat, tidak berdenyut, nyeri tidak berpusat pada satu titik. Tujuan penelitian karya tulis ilmiah ini untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pada pasien cephalgia dengan nyeri akut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada dua pasien cephalgia dengan nyeri akut. Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT Kesmas Klungkung I. Menurut hasil yang didapatkan pada pengkajian kedua pasien cephalgia mengatakan nyeri di kepala, tampak meringis, gelisah, sulit tidur dan nadi meningkat.Diagnosis yang muncul pada kedua pasien yaitu nyeri akut. Intervensi kedua subyek yaitu manajemen nyeri akut. Implementasi yang dilakukan yaitu pemijatan massage. Hasil yang didapat dalam penelitian ini adalah kedua pasien mengatakan Keluhan nyeri menurun,tampak meringis menurun,sikap protektif menurun,gelisah menurun,kesulitan tidur menurun,frekuensi nadi membaik tekanan darah membaik, skala nyeri pasien menurun menjadi 2. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari hasil penelitian ini adalah seluruh proses yang dimulai dari pengkajian hingga evaluasi sudah sesuai dengan teori. Saran untuk Kepala UPT Kesmas klungkung I dan keluarga pasien agar tetap saling mendukung mempertahankan kesehatan anggota keluarga. Kata kunci : Cephalgia, Nyeri akut, Asuhan Keperawatan Cephalgia is a medical term for head treatment or headaches. Cephalgia can cause disruption in sleep patterns, eating patterns, causing depression to cause it in sufferers. Signs and symptoms of cephalgia are mild or severe headache, pain such as being tied, no throbbing, pain not centered at one point. The purpose of this scientific paper research is to describe nursing care in cephalgia patients with acute pain. The method used in the preparation of this scientific paper is descriptive by discussing case studies in two cephalgia patients with acute recovery. This research was conducted at UPT Klungkung I Public Health. According to the results obtained in the assessment of the two cephalgia patients, they said that pain in the head, grimacing, anxiety, insomnia and increased pulse. The diagnosis that appears in the second patient is acute pain. The second intervention was the subject of acute pain management. The implementation carried out is a massage. The results obtained in this study were the two patients said pain complaints decreased, grimacing decreased, increased protection, decreased anxiety, increased sleep difficulties, increased pulse frequency is the whole process that starts from the assessment to completion is in accordance with the theory. Suggestions for the Head of the UPK Klungkung I and the patient's family to support each other to maintain the health of family members. Keywords: cephalgia, acute pain, nursing care.
