Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF NURSING CARE ON PREGNANT WOMAN TRIMESTER I WITH ANEMIA TO OVERCOME PERFUSION PERIFER IS NOT EFFECTIVE Study Conducted In Puskesmas IV South Denpasar 2018 ABSTRACT In Indonesia, the number of pregnant women with anemia increases every year. Anemia in pregnancy can affect the mother and fetus, one of the effects that can occur in pregnant women with anemia is respiratory distress and the impact on the fetus that can cause asphyxia. A nemesis in pregnancy can result in ineffective peripheral perfusion which is a decrease in blood circulation at the capillary level which can disrupt the body's metabolism . The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in first trimester pregnant women with anemia to overcome peripheral perfusion is not effective . The type of research used is descriptive research type with case study design on two patients observed in depth using documentation study by observing the patient's nursing document. The result of the research shows that there is similarity of documentation between the data collection theory used in the place of the research with the researcher used is on the assessment, implementation and evaluation. But there are also differences from the theory of formulation of diagnoses used in the room because it promotes midwifery diagnosis and documentation differences in interventions that are only documented on P (planning) in the evaluation. This research is expected to the health worker in charge of applying the five stages of nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation and evaluation.
