Abstract

Gastritis merupakan peradangan pada dinding lambung terutama pada selaput lender lambung. Gejala dan tanda gastritis meliputi rasa mual dan muntah, nyeri, perdarahan, rasa lemah, nafsu makan menurun, atau sakit kepala. Tujuan karya tulis ilmiah ini untuk menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan pemberian terapi akupresur untuk mengatasi nyeri akut pada pasien gastritis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penyusunan karya tulis ilmiah ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada dua pasien gastritis dengan gangguan nyeri akut. Menurut hasil yang didapatkan pada pengkajian kedua subjek mengatakan nyeri pada ulu hati, mual, tampak meringis, gelisah, nafsu makan menurun, berfokus pada diri sendiri, tampak menarik diri, dan sulit tidur, diagnosa yang muncul pada subjek satu dan subjek dua yaitu nyeri akut, intervensi kedua subjek yaitu memberikan terapi akupresur, implementasi yang dilakukan yaitu memberikan terapi akupresur dengan menekan titik-titik meridian untuk nyeri pada gastritis, evaluasi pada subjek 1 dan subjek 2 mengatakan nyeri berkurang, nafsu makan membaik, pola tidur menjadi lebih cepat. Saran yang diharapkan agar kedua subjek dan keluarga saling menjaga kesehatan dan saling memotivasi untuk melakukan pola hidup sehat. Kata kunci : Gastritis, Nyeri Akut, Terapi Akupresur, Asuhan Keperawatan Gastritis is a reserve in the stomach wall, especially in the lining of the stomach lender. The taste and signs of gastritis are covered by nausea and vomiting, pain, bleeding, weakness, decreased appetite, or headaches. The purpose of this scientific paper is to describe nursing care supporting acupressure therapy to deal with acute in gastritis patients. The method used in the preparation of this scientific paper is descriptive using case studies in two gastritis patients with complications of acute recovery. According to the results obtained in the assessment of the two subjects said pain in the pit of the stomach, nausea, grimacing, anxiety, decreased appetite, self-interest, self-withdrawal, and difficulty falling asleep, diagnoses that appear on the subject, intervention of the two subjects that provide therapy acupressure, the implementation that is done is to provide acupressure therapy by supporting meridian points for treatment of gastritis, evaluation of subject 1 and subject 2 says recovery, appetite improves, eating patterns become faster. Suggestions are expected that both the subject and family support each other's health and motivate each other to adopt a healthy lifestyle.
