Abstract
ABSTRAK Anemia dalam kehamilan merupakan masalah yang dapat mengancam keadaan ibu dan janin yang ada dalam rahim ibu. Faktor yang dapat menyebabkan anemia diantaranya adalah paritas, umur, infeksi dan penyakit, jarak kehamilan dan pendidikan. Asuhan kebidanan komprehensif bertujuan untuk menerapkan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “GH” umur 19 tahun primigravida dengan anemia ringan dari umur kehamilan 38 minggu 6 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Proses persalinan ibu “GH” berlangsung normal, ibu bersalin secara pervaginam di PMB “M”. Bayi laki-laki lahir pada 23 Maret 2019 dengan keadaan vigorous baby. Asuhan kebidanan yang diberikan sejak usia kehamilan 38 minggu 6 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas berjalan fisiologis, persalinan pada ibu dengan anemia dapat ditolong oleh bidan dan dokter di Puskesmas pelayanan obstetrik neonatal emergensi dasar (PONED) sehingga penanganan terhadap komplikasi dan kegawatdaruratan dapat segera ditangani namun ibu “GH” melakukan persalinan di PMB “M” dalam prosesnya berjalan secara fisiologis dan tidak terdapat komplikasi yang lainnya. Diharapkan untuk petugas kesehatan dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan dalam memberikan pelayanan dapat mengacu pada standar asuhan kebidanan. Factors that can cause anemia include parity age, infection and disease, distance between pregnancy and education. Comprehensive midwifery care aims to apply midwifery care to “GH” mothers 19 years old with mild anemia 38 weeks 6 days pregnancy until 42 days of postpartum. Labor “GH” mothers takes place normally, the mother gives vaginal delivery at PMB “M”. A baby boy was born on March 23, 2019 with a vigorous baby state. Midwifery care provided 38 weeks 6 days to 42 days postpartum period is normally, delivery to anemia mothers can be helped by midwives and doctors in basic emergency obstetric neonatal care centers so that treatment of complications and emergencies can be immediately addressed but the mother “GH” giving birth in PMB “M” in the process runs normally and there are no other complications. It is expected that health workers can improve the quality of services and in providing services can refer to midwifery care standards.
