Abstract

Kehamilan, persalinan dan nifas adalah sebuah proses yang alami bagi seorang wanita untuk menjalaninya, tetapi seringkali ibu hamil tidak dapat menghilangkan rasa khawatir dan takut dalam menghadapi proses persalinan tersebut. Rasa takut dan cemas berlebihan dengan sendirinya menyebabkan ibu sakit. Laporan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil penerapan asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “AN” dari umur kehamilan 38 minggu 2 hari sampai 42 hari masa nifas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan laporan tugas akhir ini yaitu studi kasus. Asuhan kebidanan dimulai dari bulan Maret hingga Mei 2019. Hasil asuhan yang diberikan pada ibu selama proses kehamilan hingga umur kehamilan 39 minggu 2 hari berlangsung secara normal, proses persalinan spontan, dan masa nifas tidak mengalami komplikasi serta bayi dalam keadaan sehat. Berdasarkan hasil asuhan kebidanan yang telah diberikan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan asuhan pada ibu “AN” dari kehamilan, persalinan, nifas dan bayi baru lahir berlangsung secara fisiologis. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa untuk penulis, bidan serta keluarga berkewajiban untuk memberikan asuhan sesuai dengan wewenang dan standar pelayanan kebidanan. Kata Kunci: Asuhan kebidanan, bayi, kehamilan, nifas, persalinan. Pregnancy, labor, and postpartum a natural process for a woman to live, buat often pregnant women cannot eliminate the feeling of worry and fear and anxienty naturally causes the mother to get sick. Then prolonged anxiety can make pregnant women unable to concentrate properly and lose their self- confidence. This final project report aims to determine the results of the application of midwifery care to “AN” mother from 38 weeks 2 days to 42 days postpartum pregnancy. The method used in making this final report is a case study. Midwifery care starts from March to May 2019. The results of care given to the mother during te pregnancy process until the 39th week of gestation 2 days takes place normally, spontaneous labor, and the postpartum period do not experience complications and the babby is in good health. Based on the result of midwifery care that have been given, it can be concluded that the application of “AN” mother care from pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum and new borns take place physiologically. This shows that for writer, midwives and families are obliged to provide care in accordance with the authority and standards of midwifery services.
