Abstract
ABSTRAK Tekanan darah merupakan gaya yang diberikan darah pada dinding pembuluh darah. Apabila dibiarkan pada tekanan yang tinggi dapat menimbulkan resiko penyakit komplikasi. Penelitia ini bertjuan untuk mencati hubungan konsumsi lemak total dan status gizi terhadap tekanan darah pada wanita lansia di Desa Sanur Kaja Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional. Sampel yang didapat sebanyak 89 sampel. Pengujian statistik menggunakan uji korelasi chi square dengan α = 0,1. Rata – rata nilai tekanan darah sampel 140/90 mmHg, asupan lemak total sampel 49 gram, dan rata – rata IMT sampel 24,9 kg/m2. Dari hasil analisis statistik diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan antara konsumsi lemak total dan tekanan darah (p = 0,000) dan terdapat hubungan antara status gizi dan tekanan darah (p = 0,000). Kata kunci : tekanan darah, asupan lemak total, status gizi ABSTRACT Blood pressure is a force that is given blood to the walls of blood vessels. If left at high pressure can pose a risk of complications. This study aims to examine the relationship of total fat consumption and nutritional status to blood pressure in elderly women in the Sanur Kaja Village, South Denpasar District. This type of research is an observational study with a cross sectional study design. The sample obtained was 89 samples. Statistical testing using the chi square correlation test with α = 0,1. The average blood pressure sample value was 140/90 mmHg, sample fat total intake was 49 grams, and the average BMI of the sample was 24.9 kg / m2. From the results of statistical analysis, it is known that there is a relationship between total fat consumption and blood pressure (p = 0,000) and there is a relationship between nutritional status and blood pressure (p = 0,000).
