Abstract

DIKA SAPTA DENPASAR ABSTRACT The results of the Bali Province PSG in the city of Denpasar in 2017, thin prevalence of 5.6%, and obesity problems 33.3%. The aim of the study was to determine the composition of nutrient intake and nutritional status of adolescents, the type of research was observational, using a cross sectional design, a total of 48 samples. Types of data are two types of data, primary data and secondary data. How to collect using the interview method, and taking notes. Samples whose composition of carbohydrate intake was less than normal nutrition status (56.0%), carbohydrate intake lacking underweight nutritional status (6.0%), carbohydrate intake lacking in nutritional status (26.4%), carbohydrate intake less nutritional status obesity (11.7%). Samples that were composed of good protein intake were mostly normal nutritional status (56.7%), protein intake both underweight nutritional status (10.8%), protein intake both fat nutritional status (13.5%), protein intake both obesity nutritional status (19.0%), samples the composition of fat intake is more normal nutritional status (32.3%), more fat intake is lean nutritional status (12.9%), more fat intake is fat nutritional status (32.3%), more fat intake is obesity nutritional status (22.5%). There is a tendency for the relationship between the composition of carbohydrate intake and nutritional status. There is a tendency to link protein intake and nutritional status. There is a tendency to link fat intake and nutritional status. To the School and parents, parents are advised to pay more attention to and control children's food intake so that nutrient intake is good. ABSTRAK Hasil PSG Provinsi Bali di kota denpasar tahun 2017, prevalensi kurus 5,6%, serta masalah kegemukan 33,3%. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui komposisi asupan zat gizi dan status gizi remaja, jenis penelitian yaitu observasional, menggunakan rancangan cross sectional, jumlah 48 sampel. Jenis data yaitu ada dua jenis data, data primer dan data sekunder. Cara pengumpulan menggunakan metode wawancara, dan melakukan pencatatan. Sampel yang komposisi asupan karbohidratnya kurang sebagaian lebih status gizi normal (56.0%), asupan karbohidrat kurang status gizi kurus (6.0%), asupan karbohidrat kurang status gizi gemuk (26.4%), asupan karbohidrat kurang status gizi obesitas (11.7%). Sampel yang komposisi asupan protein baik sebagian besar berstatus gizi normal (56.7%), asupan protein baik status gizi kurus (10.8%), asupan protein baik status gizi gemuk (13.5%), asupan protein baik status gizi obesitas (19.0%), sampel yang komposisi asupan lemak lebih status gizi normal (32.3%), asupan lemak lebih status gizi kurus (12.9%), asupan lemak lebih status gizi gemuk (32.3%),asupan lemak lebih status gizi obesitas (22.5%). Terdapat kecendrungan keterkaitan antara komposisi asupan karbohidrat dengan status gizi. Terdapat kecendrungan keterkaitan asupan protein dan status gizi. Terdapat kecendrungan keterkaitan asupan lemak dan status gizi. Kepada Pihak Sekolah dan orang tua di sarankan orang tua lebih memperhatikan dan mengendalikan asupan makanan anak sehingga asupan zat gizi menjadi baik.
