Abstract

Faktor gizi memegang peranan penting untuk mencapai sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan memiliki fisik yang tangguh serta produktif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diperolehnya kontribusi sarapan dengan konsumsi total dan kadar hemoglobin terhadap prestasi belajar siswi SMP Negeri 1 Tampaksiring. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan bulan Mei 2019. Jenis penelitian adalah Observasional dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Populasi target yaitu seluruh siswi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Tampaksiring. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 47 siswi. Didapatkan hasil yaitu prestasi belajar sampel sebagian besar dalam kategori baik sebesar (74,47%) dan prestasi sangat baik sebesar (25,53%). Kontribusi sarapan dengan konsumsi total sehari didapatkan kontribusi energi kurang (51,06%) ,kontribusi protein kurang(53,19%) dan kontribusi zat besi kurang (65,09%).Hasil penelitian dengan 47 sampel tingkat konsumsi energi baik (68,83%), tingkat konsumsi protein baik (61,70%), tingkat konsumsi zat besi kurang(70,21%). Kadar hemoglobin sampel sebagian besar normal (74,47%). Prestasi belajar berdasarkan kadar hemoglobin, dimana sampel dengan kadar hemoglobin normal/ non anemia cenderung memiliki prestasi belajar sangat baik maupun baik. Prestasi belajar berdasarkan tingkat konsumsi energi dan protein, dimana sampel dengan tingkat konsumsi energi dan protein baik memiliki prestasi belajar berkategori sangat baik maupun baik. Sedangkan tingkat konsumsi zat besi kurang memiliki prestasi belajar sangat baik maupun baik.Sebaiknya melakukan penyuluhan tentang makanan sehat untuk mencegah anemia. Kata kunci : Prestasi belajar, kadar hemoglobin , tingkat konsumsi Nutritional factors play an important role in achieving quality human resources and having a strong and productive physical body. The purpose of this study was to obtain the contribution of breakfast with total consumption and hemoglobin level to the learning achievement of SMP Negeri 1 Tampaksiring students. Data collection was conducted in May 2019. The type of research was Observational with a Cross Sectional approach. The target population is all eighth grade students of Tampaksiring 1 Junior High School. The study sample was 47 female students. The results obtained are the sample learning achievement mostly in the good category of (74.47%) and very good achievement of (25.53%). The contribution of breakfast with a total daily consumption of less energy contribution (51.06%), less protein contribution (53.19%) and less iron contribution (65.09%) .The results of the study with 47 samples of good energy consumption level (68, 83%), the level of consumption of protein is good (61.70%), the level of consumption of iron is lacking (70.21%). The hemoglobin level of the sample was mostly normal (74.47%). Learning achievement is based on hemoglobin levels, where samples with normal / non anemia hemoglobin levels tend to have very good or good learning achievement. Learning achievement is based on the level of consumption of energy and protein, where samples with good levels of energy and protein consumption have excellent or good learning achievement in categories. While the level of iron consumption lacks very good or good learning achievement.
