Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah gizi di Indonesia ada masalah gizi kurang dan masalah gizi lebih ini masih menjadi masalah gizi pada tingkat global maupun nasional. Masih terdapat anak dan remaja penghuni panti asuhan yang mengalami masalah gizi kurang,hal tersebut membuktikan bahwa dalam suatu panti asuhan masih terdapat masalah kekurangan gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat konsumsi zat gizi makro dan status gizi penghuni di Panti Sosial Kemala Bhayangkari Tabanan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data primer yaitu identitas, data status gizi dan data konsumsi, dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penimbangan dan wawancara, kuesioner recall 3 x 24 jam dan pengukuran antropometri (TB, BB). Data sekunder yaitu gambaran umum, struktur organisasi dan jumlah penghuni diperoleh diinstansi terkait. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan program komputer, yaitu nutri 2008. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa status gizi penghuni panti sosial terbanyak adalah normal. Tingkat konsumsi energi, lemak dan karbohidrat masih dalam kategori defisit. Gambaran konsumsi zat gizi makro dan status gizi dengan proporsi terbanyak yaitu tingkat konsumsi defisit dengan status gizi normal. Nutritional problems in Indonesia have problems with malnutrition and over nutrition problems are still a nutritional problem at the global and national level. There are still children and adolescents who live in orphanages who experience malnutrition problems, this proves that in an orphanage there are still problems with malnutrition. This study aims to describe the level of consumption of macro nutrients and nutritional status of residents in the Kemala Bhayangkari Tabanan Social Institution. The type of research used was observational with a cross sectional design. The types of data collected included primary data, namely identity, nutritional status data and consumption data, carried out using weighing and interview methods, 3 x 24 hour recall questionnaires and anthropometric measurements (TB, BB). Secondary data, namely general description, organizational structure and number of occupants obtained in related institutions. Processing and analysis of data using a computer program, namely nutri 2008. The results showed that the nutritional status of the residents of most social care institutions was normal. The level of energy, fat and carbohydrate consumption is still in the deficit category. The description of macro nutrient consumption and nutritional status with the highest proportion is the level of consumption deficit with normal nutritional status.
