Abstract

Gout arthritis is inflammation that occurs in the joint area, gout arthritis is a non-communicable disease, in the world this disease occurs at 8.3 million individuals. Even though counseling about gout arthritis is often done but the disruption of physical mobility in patients with gout arthritis has not been reduced, due to lack of knowledge, low education and lack of motivation of people with gout arthritis to reduce impaired physical mobility. The purpose of this study is to describe gout arthritis nursing care with nursing problems impaired physical mobility in the work area of the Sukawati Public Health Unit 1. Type of research is descriptive with a case study plan of two patients. The method of collecting data is by interview, observation and documentation conducted on May 2-4 2019 in Banjar Pabean, Sukawati Village. The results of the second study of patients had compressed and stretched according to the recommendations given. There was a slight change in the patient, on the first day, the patient felt very stiff in the joint area and after intervention according to the theory on the third day the patient felt a slight decrease in the joint area. It is suggested that patients maintain the intervention in accordance with the recommendations given, Keywords: Disorders of Physical Mobility, Gout Arthritis, Nursing care Gout arthritis adalah peradangan yang terjadi pada derah persendian, gout arthritis merupakan penyakit tidak menular, di dunia penyakit ini terjadi sebesar 8,3 juta individu. Walaupun sering dilakukannya penyuluhan tentang gout arthritis tetapi gangguan mobilitas fisik pada penderita gout arthritis belum dapat berkurang, karena kurangnya pengetahuan, rendahnya pendidikan dan kurangnya motivasi dari penderita penyakit gout arthritis untuk mengurangi gangguan mobilitas fisik. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini yaitu menggambarkan asuhan keperawatan gout arthritis dengan masalah keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik di wilayah kerja UPT Kesmas Sukawati 1. Jenis penelitian yaitu deskriptif dengan rencana studi kasus dua pasien. Metode pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang dilakukan pada tanggal 2-4 mei 2019 di Banjar Pabean, Desa Sukawati. Hasil penelitian kedua pasien tampak sudah melakukan kompres dan peregangan sesuai anjuran yang diberikan. Ditemukan adanya perubahan terhadap persendian pada pasien, pada hari pertama yaitu pasien merasa sangat kaku pada daerah persendian dan setelah dilakukan intervensi sesuai teori pada hari ketiga kedua pasien merasakan kaku pada daerah persendiannya berkurang. Saran diharapkan pasien mempertahankan kompres air hangat yang sesuai dengan anjuran yang diberikan, evaluasi keperawatannya yaitu tujuan belum tercapai.
