Abstract

Gout arthritis is a term used for a group of metabolic disorders characterized by increased concentration of uric acid (hyperuricemia) in the joints. Non-compliance is the behavior of individuals and or caregivers who do not follow a plan of care or treatment agreed upon with health workers, thus causing the results of treatment or treatment to be ineffective. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of nursing care in gout arthritis patients in noncompliance through the nursing process approach in the Work Area UPT Kesmas Sukawati I with the type of research used was descriptive with a case study design. Data collection is done by interviews, observation and documentation. This study was conducted on 2 respondents who suffered from gout arthritis in Banjar Puseh, Ketewel, Sukawati, Gianyar. The nursing process that has been carried out for patients I (Mr. R) and II (Tn. T) has been achieved according to the outcome criteria. This research is expected to have a positive influence on patients to maintain their adherence to the diet and apply a healthy diet of gout arthritis as recommended. . In addition it is also expected to improve the degree of health and still maintain a harmonious relationship to the community in the Work Area UPT Kesmas Sukawati I Gout arthritis merupakan istilah yang dipakai untuk sekelompok gangguan metabolik yang ditandai oleh meningkatnya konsentrasi asam urat (hiperurisemia) didalam persendian. Ketidakpatuhan merupakan perilaku individu dan atau pemberi asuhan tidak mengikuti rencana perawatan atau pengobatan yang disepakati dengan tenaga kesehatan, sehingga menyebabkan hasil perawatan atau pengobatan tidak efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran asuhan keperawatan pada pasien gout arthritis dalam ketidakpatuhan melalui pendekatan proses keperawatan di Wilayah Kerja UPT Kesmas Sukawati I dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan rancangan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. penelitian ini dilakukan pada 2 responden yang menderita gout arthritis di Banjar Puseh, Ketewel, Sukawati, Gianyar. Proses keperawatan yang telah dilaksanakan kepada pasien I (Tn. R) dan II (Tn. T) telah tercapai sesuai dengan kriteria hasil. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi pengaruh positif pada pasien untuk mempertahankan kepatuhannya terhadap diet dan menerapkan diet sehat gout arthritis sesuai yang dianjurkan. Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan dan tetap mempertahankan hubungan yang harmonis kepada masyarakat di Wilayah Kerja UPT Kesmas Sukawati I.
