Abstract

GAMBARAN ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PEMBERIAN PROSEDUR FOTOTERAPI UNTUK MENGATASI IKTERIK NEONATUS PADA BAYI BBLR DI RUANG PERINATOLOGI RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG TAHUN 2019 ABSTRAK BBLR adalah bayi dengan berat badan lahir kurang dari 2500 gram. Salah satu masalah pada bayi BBLR adalah ikterik neonatus yaitu kadar bilirubin serum total 2 mg/dL. Prosedur Fototerapi dilakukan untuk mengatasi masalah ikterik neonatus.Tujuan penelitian ini memperoleh gambaran asuhan keperawatan pemberian prosedur fototerapi untuk mengatasi ikterik neonatus pada bayi BBLR di Ruang Perinatologi RSD Mangusada Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan studi kasus yang dilakukan pada bulan April. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian membandingkan hasil pengamatan dokumen pasien 1 dan 2 dengan teori acuan peneliti. Alat pengumpulan data berupa format asuhan keperawatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengkajian data objektif kedua subjek berupa suhu tubuh, jumlah nadi dan pernafasan pasien diatas rentang normal, hasil laboratorium berupa kadar bilirubin total, direk, dan indirek. Diagnosis yang dirumuskan pada kedua subjek yaitu ikterik neonatus. Intervensi pada kedua dokumen terdapat perbedaan dengan acuan teori. Implementasi pada kedua dokumen menggunakan lembar ceklist rumah sakit. Evaluasi kedua dokumen pasien yang diteliti terdapat perbedaan dengan acuan teori pada penulisan data objektif dan planning, ini menunjukkan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dipengaruhi teori acuan oleh perawat dan peneliti. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pengembangan ilmu pengetahuan dibidang keperawatan baik bagi pihak institusi Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar maupun pihak RSD Mangusada Badung. DESCRIPTION OF NURSING PROVISION OFPROCEDURE TO OVERCOME JAUNDICEPHOTOTHERAPY NEONATUS LBW INFANT IN THE PERINATOLOGY RSD MANGUSADA BADUNG YEAR 2019 ABSTRACT LBW is a baby with a birth weight of less than 2500 grams. One of the problems in LBW neonatal jaundice is that the serum bilirubin level is a total of 2 ml / dl of therapeutic procedures to overcome the problem of neonatal jaundice. The purpose of this study was to obtain a description of nursing care by giving phototherapy procedures to overcome neonatal jaundice in LBW infants in the perinatology room of Mangusada Badung Hospital. The research method used is deskriptif research with case studies conducted in April 2019. The results of this study showed an objective study of both subjects in the form of body temperature, the number of pulses and breathing of patients above the normal range, laboratory results in the form of total, direct, and indirect bilirubin levels. the diagnosis was formulated in both subjects namely neonatal jaundice. the intervention in the two documents is different from the theoretical basis. implementation of both documents using the hospital checklist. evaluation of the two patient documents studied there was a difference with the theoretical reference to the writing of objective data and planing, this shows the documentation of nursing care influenced by reference theory by nurses and researchers. This research is expected to be used as material for development of science in the field of nursing for both the Denpasar Ministry Of Health Polytechnic Institution and the Mangusada Hospital Badung.
