Abstract

Comprehensive and continuous midwifery care is an effort to improve maternal and neonatal health status as well as prevent obstetric and neonatal complications. This report aimed to determine the outcomes of midwifery care provided to Mrs. “YD” from 20 weeks and 4 days of gestation until 42 days postpartum, including care for the newborn. The method used was a case study approach with data collected through interviews, examinations, observations, and documentation. The care was implemented from October 2025 to February 2026. During pregnancy, the mother experienced physiological development and received care according to Antenatal Care (ANC) standards and the 12T service standard. Complementary pregnancy care included prenatal yoga and effleurage massage. Intrapartum care was provided according to the Normal Childbirth Care (APN) standards, the “five threads” approach, and JNPK-KR guidelines. Complementary interventions during labor included breathing relaxation techniques, gym ball exercises, and counterpressure. The mother delivered vaginally without complications at UPTD Puskesmas IV South Denpasar. The duration of the first stage of labor was 13 hours, the second stage lasted 15 minutes, the third stage lasted 5 minutes, and the fourth stage was monitored for 2 hours. The baby was born at 1:00 PM Central Indonesian Time (WITA), cried immediately after birth, and had a birth weight of 2,500 grams. Postpartum care was provided in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 6 of 2024, with complementary interventions including oxytocin massage and Kegel exercises. The mother chose an implant as her contraceptive method. Neonatal care was provided according to JNPKR standards and the Regulation of the Minister of Health Number 6 of 2024, with complementary care in the form of infant massage using lavender aromatherapy. It can be concluded that the care provided was in accordance with ANC, INC, and PNC standards and included complementary interventions. Keywords: newborn, pregnancy, postpartum, childbirth, complimentary care Pelayanan kebidanan komprehensif dan berkesinambungan merupakan upaya meningkatkan derajat kesehatan ibu dan bayi serta mencegah komplikasi obstetrik dan neonatal. Laporan ini bertujuan mengetahui hasil asuhan kebidanan pada ibu “YD” sejak usia kehamilan 20 minggu 4 hari hingga 42 hari masa nifas dan bayi baru lahir. Metode berupa studi kasus dengan data melalui wawancara, pemeriksaan, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Asuhan dilaksanakan Oktober 2025 sampai Februari 2026. Selama kehamilan, ibu mengalami perkembangan fisiologis dan memperoleh asuhan sesuai standar ANC yaitu 12T. Komplementer kehamilan meliputi prenatal yoga dan massage effleurage. Asuhan persalinan diberikan asuhan sesuai standar APN, asuhan lima benang merah dan JNPK-KR. Asuhan komplementer diberikan relaksasi pernapasan, gym ball, dan counterpressure. Ibu bersalin pervaginam tanpa komplikasi di UPTD Puskesmas IV Denpasar Selatan. Kala I berlangsung 13 jam, kala II selama 15 menit, kala III selama 5 menit, dan pemantauan kala IV selama 2 jam. Bayi lahir pukul 13.00 WITA, segera menangis, berat lahir 2.500 gram. Asuhan nifas sesuai permenkes No. 6 tahun 2024, asuhan komplementer pijat oksitosin dan senam kegel. Ibu memilih kontrasepsi implan. Asuhan pada neonatus sesuai standar JNPK-KR dan permenkes No. 6 tahun 2024, asuhan komplementer pijat bayi aroma lavender. Dapat disimpulkan asuhan telah sesuai standar ANC, INC, dan PNC serta mencakup intervensi komplementer. Kata Kunci : bayi, kehamilan, nifas, persalinan, komplementer
