Abstract
Knowledge is the result of knowing and it heppens after a person has sensed an object. Child knowledge in maintaining oral health is very important to prevent dental caries. For that how the level of knowledge about how to oral care and dental caries in grede VA SDN 29 Pemecutan Kaja, Denpasar City Sub-district Year 2019. The purpose of this study to determine the level of knowledge about how to oral care and dental caries permanent of students VA SDN 29 Pemecutan Kaja, Denpasar City District Year 2019. This research is descriptive research. The result of this research shows the frequency of knowledge level with the criteria is very good as many as 4 people (10%), whit enough criteria good 14 people (35%), with criteria counted 11 people (27,5%), with criterion less as much 9 people (22,5%), failed as many as 2 people (5%). The highest frequency on the criteria is counted. The average level of knowledge on how to oral care is 64,12 with counted criteria. The average of permanent dental caries in grade VA SDN 29 Pemecutan Kaja, Denpasar City District Year 2019 equal 1,15 with low category.
