Abstract
Kindergarten (TK) is age that is very vulnerable to dental caries because they have behavioral habits that do not support oral and dental health. This study aims to determine the description of milk teeth caries in Widya Murti Ulakan Kindergarten Karangasem Regency in Widya Murti Ulakan Kindergarten Karangasem Regency in April 2019. Oral and dental health is an integral part of overall health services. Pre-school age is a time to lay a solid foundation for the realization of quality human beings and health is an important factor that determines human resources. The purpose of this study was to describe the description of milk teeth caries in children of TK Widya Murti Ulakan in 2019. This study was descriptive, the results of the study showed that of 71 respondents, 52 people (73%) suffered from dental caries. Average milk teeth caries 2.7. On average boys who suffer from dental caries are 3.2 while the average of 2.1 girls and teeth of children most frequently affected by dental caries is 34 right maxillary molars. So that it can be concluded mostly students experience caries, and the teeth most frequently affected by caries are the first molars of the right upper jaw milk.
