Abstract

IMAGE OF PRIMARY COMPLAINTS AND BLOOD PRESSURE IN HYPERTENSIVE PATIENTS IN KLUNGKUNG HOSPITAL, 2023 ABSTRACT According to Riskesdas data for 2018, the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia was 34.1%. The figures indicate an increase in risk data for 2013 of 25.8%. In the province of Bali, the prevalence of hypertension was 29.9% and also experienced an increase from previous Riskesdas data in 2013, which was 19.9%. The aim of this study is to identify the main complaints of patients with hypertension by identifying the blood pressure of hypertensive patients in Klungkung Hospital. This type of research is quantitative descriptive research using a retrospective study design. The study used simple random sampling, and the data collection instrument used was a data collection sheet in the form of tables by observing medical records of hypertensive patients based on inclusion criteria. The results of the study showed that the characteristics of hypertensive patients based on gender were women, which is a total of 23 people (53.5%), based on the age of the majority of the 61–70 years, that is, a total of 18 people (41.9%), according to the primary complaint of patients with hypertension, mostly headaches, 12 people (27.9%), and the highest blood pressure was found in the category of high blood pressure stage 1, which is 24 people (55.8%). Keywords : Primary complaints; blood pressure; hypertensive GAMBARAN KELUHAN UTAMA DAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA PASIEN HIPERTENSI DI RSUD KLUNGKUNG TAHUN 2023 ABSTRAK Berdasarkan data Riskesdas 2018, prevalensi hipertensi di Indonesia sebesar 34,1%. Angka tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dari data Riskesdas tahun 2013 yaitu sebesar 25,8%. Sementara di Provinsi Bali, prevalensi hipertensi sebesar 29,9% dan juga mengalami peningkatan dari sebelumnya data Riskesdas tahun 2013 yaitu sebesar 19,9%. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran keluhan utama pasien hipertensi, mengidentifikasi gambaran tekanan darah pasien hipertensi di RSUD Klungkung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain studi retrospektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan simple random sampling dan instrument pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar pengumpulan data berupa tabel dengan mengobservasi rekam medis pasien hipertensi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakteristik pasien hipertensi berdasarkan jenis kelamin adalah perempuan yaitu berjumlah 23 orang (53,5%), berdasarkan usia sebagian besar berusia 61-70 tahun yaitu berjumlah 18 orang (41,9%), berdasarkan keluhan utama pasien hipertensi sebagian besar dengan keluhan nyeri kepala yaitu berjumlah 12 orang (27,9%), dan tekanan darah paling banyak terdapat pada kategori hipertensi stage 1 yaitu berjumlah 24 orang (55,8%).
