Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF SERUM CREATININE LEVELS IN HYPERTENSION PATIENTS AT PUSKESMAS KUTA I ABSTRACT Background Hypertension over a long period of time can damage the kidneys, kidney disease can increase blood pressure. The increasing age of a person will also decrease kidney function. Characteristics in hypertensive patients that can affect the results of serum creatinine levels are age, gender and compliance with taking medication. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of serum creatinine levels in hypertensive patients at Puskesmas Kuta I. This research method uses descriptive research with purposive sampling method involving 42 respondents with hypertension at Puskesmas Kuta I. The results of the study based on gender, showed that 33% of responden are male and 67% of responden are female. Based on the age group, 76% of respondents were obtained in the age group >45, while in the age group ≤ 45 years as many as 24%. Based on drug compliance, all 42 respondents (100%) obediently took antihypertensive drugs according to doctor's recommendations. The conclusion of this study showed that, the results normal creatinine serum levels of male responden were 31% while in the high category were 2%. Normal creatinine serum levels of responden were 93%, high creatinine serum levels were found 5% and low creatinine serum levels 2%. Keywords : hypertension patient, creatinine serum level, Puskesmas Kuta I GAMBARAN KADAR KREATININ SERUM PADA PENDERITA HIPERTENSI DI PUSKESMAS KUTA I ABSTRAK Latar belakang Hipertensi dalam waktu yang lama dapat merusak ginjal. Semakin bertambahnya usia seseorang maka akan menurun juga fungsi ginjalnya. Karakteristik pada penderita hipertensi yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil kadar kreatinin serum adalah, usia, jenis kelamin dan kepatuhan minum obat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar kreatinin serum pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Kuta I. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan metode purposive sampling yang melibatkan 42 responden penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Kuta I. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan jenis kelamin, menunjukkan bahwa 33% adalah responden laki-laki dan 67% adalah responden perempuan. Berdasarkan kelompok usia >45 tahun didapatkan responden sebanyak 76% sedangkan pada kelompok usia 45 tahun sebanyak 24%. Berdasarkan kepatuhan minum obat semua responden sebanyak 42 orang (100%) patuh meminum obat antihipertensi sesuai dengan anjuran dokter. Simpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu, didapatkan hasil kadar kreatinin serum yang normal pada laki-laki sebanyak 31% sedangkan pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 2%. Kadar kreatinin serum normal sebanyak 93%, kadar kreatinin serum tinggi sebanyak 5% dan kadar kreatinin rendah sebanyak 2%. Kata kunci : pasien hipertensi, kadar kreatinin serum, Puskesmas Kuta I
