Abstract
DESCRIPTION OF URINE PROTEIN LEVELS IN THIRD TRIMESTER PREGNANT WOMEN AT UPTD PUSKESMAS TABANAN III ABSTRACT Proteinuria is the final symptom of preeclampsia, proteinuria in preeclampsia is an indicator of an increased risk of fetal injury, low birth weight, and perinatal death. This study aims to determine the description of urine protein levels in third trimester pregnant women. This study uses the type of research descriptive with technique accidental sampling. Data were collected from 11 respondents from March to April 2023. The samples were examined using the dipstick method. This study showed that the majority of respondents had positive urine protein levels + (+1) by 6 respondents (54,5%) and a small proportion had negative urine protein levels by 5 respondents (45,5%). Urine protein levels based on age characteristics the most positive results were + (+1), namely 54.5%, based on gestational age the most negative results were obtained, namely 63.5% and based on blood pressure the most positive results were + (+1 ) that is as much as 54.5%. Keywords : third trimester pregnant women, proteinuria GAMBARAN KADAR PROTEIN URINE PADA IBU HAMIL TRIMESTER III DI UPTD PUSKESMAS TABANAN III ABSTRAK Proteinuria adalah gejala terakhir pada preeklamsia, proteinuria pada preeklamsia merupakan indikator peningkatan risiko cedera janin, berat badan lahir rendah, dan kematian perinatal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kadar protein urine pada ibu hamil trimester III. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik accidental sampling. Data dikumpulkan dari 11 responden selama periode Maret sampai April 2023. Sampel diperiksa dengan menggunakan metode carik celup. Penelitian ini menunjukan sebagian besar responden memiliki kadar protein urine positif + (+1) sebanyak 6 responden (54,5 %) dan sebagian kecil memiliki kadar protein urine negatif sebanyak 5 responden (45,5 %). Kadar protein urine berdasarkan karakteristik usia paling banyak didapatkan hasil positif + (+1) yaitu sebanyak 54,5 %, berdasarkan usia kehamilan paling banyak didapatkan hasil negatif yaitu sebanyak 63,5 % dan berdasarkan tekanan darah didapatkan hasil paling banyak positif + (+1) yaitu sebanyak 54,5 %.
